radarigI've had over seven years of “formal art training”… And again, obviously I'm not talking about doing something when you “don't know what else to do”, I'm talking about design and good use of a space that expands.
Centering because you don't know what else to do is generally frowned upon in formal art training. I don't see any reason why that logic can't be applied to web design.
If you PLAN a design right, then justifying your design to any side, top, bottom, to fill the entire space, or even 20 pix from the right and 9 from the top can be perfectly lovely!
But no… the designs I refer to are not clever. Why do I have to make this clear to you?
