This forum's not just for me, but for all those stupid people whom cannot figure a good age rating for their new comics.

A comic I am doing (1st one) has mild language, nothing worse than damn, so it's not terrible in that way, there's uhh… a lot of fighting, a few creepy moments, and its sort of a creepy thing as a whole really. Disturbing… maybe?
Age rating?

Another one had moderate language, but that can be edited, hmm, not too much gore on avegrage, although the fights ARE sort of messy. There are guns and that, but i don't think anyone actually gets shot, it's got a bit of dirty humor, small amount of romance, uhh, that's 'bout it. Any ideas?

From DD's well-hidden “ratings” page:

E
EVERYBODY. Open to everybody. Non-offensive material in text or imagery. Apropriate for children to adults.

T+
Content is suitable for teens or older. Mild violence, slightly mature themes. No obscenities, graphic violence, sex, or nudity.

M
Recommended for 13 and older. Content contains mature themes that might not be suitable for children. May contain occasional obscenities, limited graphic violence, implied sex, mild nudity. No sexually explicit material, no graphic sexual acts, no Hentai, no unrelenting violence, or non-stop obscenities.

A
18+ Logged In. Content is sexually explicit, exceedingly violent, or an excess use of obscenities.

Both of the things you described sound like T+ :] Although T+ says “no obscenities” we let the mild/infrequent ones slide.

Teenage is defined by the age number ending in teen, the first of which is thirteen… mature 13 and up… what?

We should get a new rating system to go with the new site, preferably something duck themed.
