I'll have to go with Duckman as well.

Also Mission Hill. Has anyone else see it? That show was cool…

DEFINITELY. They had the next season planned and ready to go when they got canceled, too. At least that's what they claim…
Hysteria!, Freakazoid, and Animaniacs…pretty much all the Warner Brothers cartoons from when Steven Spielberg grew a pair and did off the wall stuff. I miss Sam and Max: Freelance Police, too. Ooh! And Earthworm Jim!

I thought about the Undergrads thing and it really came to an end. Like MEgas XLR, you love the show but it's really over.

What about The Big Guy, anyone remember that one?

The Silver Surfer, X-Men, Spider-man, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Incredible Hulk and even the Avengers 90s marvel animated shows, I liked.

Surely we ALL can agree that the first Batman stuff from the 90s needed a few more seasons of the original quality. The stuff on the WB wasn't bad, but it wasn't the same. The WB years did give us this gem though:

You mean “Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot”? Yeah, that show was great.

Ah, the DCAU…how I miss you. As incredible as Batman: TAS was…I never liked the Bruce Wayne design. He always looked like this dumpy guy in khakis and a brown jacket that didn't fit right. Batman Adventures Bruce looked more the part: tall and athletic in his black suit. While I also wish that Batman has kept going, I feel like the powers that be took Batman: TAS and Superman: TAS to their only logical conclusions as shows…they became Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Two shows that I miss dearly, but actually HAD an “ending”, so I feel like restarting them now would be silly.

Though, I AM looking forward to “New Frontier”…even if they DID pick crappy voice actors. The guys from Batman, Superman, and the Justice Leagues have been the voices of those main characters for as long as I can remember. It just sounds weird with it being anyone else…just like with that awful Doomsday movie.

If you're talking about the 90s Spider-Man animates series from FOX, it was followed up in Spider-Man Unlimited. If you meant The New Animated Series that ran on MTV, they probably discontinued it because it was a sequal to the first movie, but after Spider-Man 2 came out it created to many inconsistancies in the TV show plot to have ever had it actually happen in the first place.

Spider-Man unlimited was a different entity unto it's own. It wasn't Madame Web and Peter looking for Mary-Jane at all.

Also, this is a bit sad, but I think they should've countinued X-men Evolution. I know it was a good place for them to end and all, but they showed that in the future there would be a Phoenix related plotline and that there would be a plot about Rogue getting her Ms Marvel powers. I would've really liked to see that.

I liked Undergrads more than Mission Hill and Clone High btter than both of them, but they were all really good shows. Why were they canceled at all?

There was a saturday morning cartoon in the mid-ninties that no one remembers but me called Nightmare Ned. It was hilarious.

I blame it on Nickelodeon. If it was on Cartoon Network or something, they would've had a lot more freedom to go nuts. …Also, Jhonen Vasquez is a dick.

I was *this close* to getting a job on that show as a character designer, and then Sept. 11th happened, and a few months later they cancelled it. I was so upset….

Read the comics if you want more drawn clerks. And I didn't like the show that much. It was funny, but very plain at the same time. The big industrialist bad guy Leonardo Leonardo and such, it seemed kinda stupid and at times I think it was a parody of shows like that, but then sometimes it just WAS another show like that. Like a more adult Doug. And Leonardo=Bluff.

Yeah, it wasn't so great.

And as for subculture:

How about The Maxx and Aeon Flux? Might as well throw in all the oddities.

Why is their so much interest in reviving the show then? There were still plot points to be explored. The very least a good TV-movie to tie things up would've been nice.

Stressed Eric and Monkey Dust.

I wouldn't mind Invader Zim coming back either, I read about some of the episodes they never got around to making, seems a shame that they'll never be realised.

Although GIR ruined it a bit, he didn't fit in with the overall tone at all.
Hey buddy, you should be a Russian Cosmonaut, and here's why.

….I'll forget you said that! /pout :cry2: Besides, I don't think there really was an overall tone for ZIM. It was just….well, there. GIR was the most stable part of that show. :)

Gir was cool. He bordered on sublimely, amazingly cool, and f**king irritating though… It was a VERY fine line and he was on the very edge. I don't think he was ever an Urkel though.

90's Spiderman & Xmen because I litterally grew up on it.

The Big O just because I really got in the mechs and the batman esque story and the fact it never really had a true “ending”

Darkwing Duck! wow…and I thought I was the only one watching that show lol, had all the toys *guilty admission*

There are probably more that I can think of later but those stand out in my mind most.
