If so, you might be interested in the following events taking place at this year's Banff Calgary International Writer's Festival, WordFest:

First, on Thursday, October 12, Svetlana Chmakova, creator of TokyoPop's DRAMACON OEL manga trilogy and yours truly, Andrew Foley, writer of DrunkDuck.com's own COWBOYS & ALIENS, as well as PARTING WAYS and DONE TO DEATH, will be appearing at the Banff Book & Art Den at 7:00 PM (tickets are 6 bucks, but feel free to stand outside the store and accost me afterwards.)

Then, on Saturday, October 14, Svetlana, me, and LOUIS RIEL creator Chester Brown will be appearing at the Memorial Park branch of the Calgary Library. One Chester Brown is apparently worth a Svetlana Chmakova and an Andrew Foley, as the ticket price for that one is $12.
