I actually didn't know he was a chainsmoking cop. It was just the coolest picture I could find. I should really go see that movie.

I can, yes. However, my spelling is atrocious when I do. My spelling is much improved by typing with my nose. ;)

Is it really? And if it is… where's the scary part? All I'm seeing is an exceptionally girly Megaman character (those hips are NOT male). Granted, I've never played Megaman, so I don't know how scary he is.
