The day we all knew would come is at hand. Those you would call the perfect beings have descended down on the mortal plane to settle their differences in a fight to end all fights. In short, it's mods and admins vs each other. How do we fight? Why, by doing what those who have powers do best, abuse them. In this thread, all mods and administrators (who from now on be referred to as editors) are free to edit each others posts in order to demonstrate their awesomeness.

Here are the following rules:

This is the first post, containing the rules. It can not be altered, unless someone makes a really good point why a certain rule should be changed or added.

An editor, who wishes to alter a post, needs to write down a comment before he is allowed to edit a single post. He needs to make a new comment, every time he makes a new edit. This is to ensure that lots of posts are made in the long run, so that we're not constantly editing the first 4 posts.

Editors can't edit more then one post at a time. After that, he or she will need to wait until another editor has had his/her go.

Posts that have already been edited can be edited again but editors are forbidden to fix their own posts, if someone has messed with it.

Once an editor has edited a post, s/he's not allowed to edit the post that's immediately above it or below (no editing of two posts in a row). If that post gets re-edited by someone else, later on, then all three posts become free game again.

When an editor edits someones post he or she will need to include their signature ((size=0)your name(/size)) at the end of the post. That way we know who messed with who's posts, should the target wish to retaliate.

Don't forge someone else's signature.

No signature editing.

No deleting.

No overly mean stuff, rudeness, belittling or general aggressive nastiness. People won't take it kindly if they'll find that someone has added “and I have a very small penis” to their post (especially if they're female).

Editors are encouraged to main the illusion that some sort of conversation is taking place in the thread. Try to make the post you just edited fit where it is placed. For example if the post above says: “That's the biggest thing I've ever seen!”, you could edit the post under it to say: “Really? That's what your mother said”.

Regular users (henceforth known as mortals) who can't edit others posts, are free to post in this thread, should they wish so. What they need to understand though is that their posts are likely to be viciously edited by the overzealous editors who are busy besting each other. These casualties of war will be remembered as the brave flies who valiantly hit the windscreen of our gas guzzling Hummers. Enter at your own risk.

If an editor alters a post in a way that it has you rolling on the floor, other editors are free to give him/her “win points”. The names of all the mods and admins participating will be located in the second post of the thread - known as the Score board.

Mortals can also give editors win points. However, the only way for them to do so, is by posting in this thread, saying “X - deserves a win for this post” and then quote the post that was edited. Naturally, you all understand what happens when you post in this thread. Editors who mess with win point nominations are asked to add the point to the score board.

Editors can not give themselves win points.

Editing the score board does not count to your editing restriction. You can edit it whenever the need arrives.

Forging the score board is strictly forbidden.

Once win points have been given, they should not be taken away. Possible grounds for win point removals are intentional breaking of the rules, whenever such activities can be proven.

Of course, there is no guarantied way to monitor and uphold these rules but we're banking on the fact that it's pretty rare that dicks and assholes end up getting positions as moderators or admins and so we will need to rely on each other to uphold these rules.

All right. That's pretty much it. Now let the games begin.

I agree with 1337, we really should shake a leg.
It's fun, especially when someone rubs your tummy!
