It means that you're trying to upload a .bmp and Drunk Duck won't let you. :)

You need to make sure your file is a .gif, .jpg, or .png. It's for the best, really. a .bmp is usually about 1MB or more in size which is really unreasonable for a comic page.

Your image editing program should let you save as other formats besides .bmp. :)

You should use .png
No you should not, unless that's what you really rquire. The file size of most PNGs is a lot bigger than what you' can get for a jpeg of the same dimensions. PNG is only good for some things, NOT big web graphics!

Use PNG as a replacement for GIFs in some small web graphics, like page formats etc. Or big images with simple colour schemes (like at Deisel Sweeties). Elsewhere you may use a PNG to create a still frame for a video (because it has such great alpha chanel support…. Or it caould be a good format for the finished version of a file that's just on your own computer. (itll be a bigt smaller than the working file size).

Apart from that, if you're going to use PNG for an ordinary complicated colour comic page, you may as well stick with BMP@
