Ochi is the serial killer, why? Because I read her comic. And this is what I found.
PP's Clue: The machete, that penetrated his torso would have greatly appreciated the irony of that statement, if not for the fact it was an inanimate object. Instead the pleasure of that befell to its wielder. Now that the mafia has taken out the leadership, the resulting chaos has given him the perfect opportunity to come out and play. Taking lives gave him such a rush that could not be matched by any other act. Already, could he not wait to do it again.
Daruma, Ochi's comic, features an inanimate object. In the comic the daruma threw the woman's life into chaos, forcing her to commit suicide. A mover takes the daruma saying he can give it to his daughter. The last page is the daruma hovering in space as if implying the tale will happen all over again.
That is my evidence.

I agree with Zeph. Because ive also read it. And Ochi's evidence makes no sense to me.
Unless theyre both guilty. 2 people were involved. One just didnt do anything. Although their only evidence is being surly.

PP's clues are traditionally based on word correlation. Although it's not unprecedented to see imagery, I have a really excellent record with his clues due to the fact that I have an abnormally good verbal memory; however, it's still possible to debunk your interpretation.
Firstly, neither Bread nor Bagel is inanimate at all; conversely, I often point out that he's animate, and it's pointed out there that he's animate.
Secondly, the suicide link is very slim (relying on a reference to someone being killed rather than any sort of suicide) compared to the clue I found in that sentence which relates directly to your profile nearly verbatim.
As for the last one, that's pretty ingenious actually. Usually comic-related clues are relegated to the first five pages and it's not PP's style, but I can see how that one could be compelling.
