It's the duck's girlfriend or something. They're interspecies coupled or something. She used to look abused and he used to look like he had a beer gut. Now they just look smug.

The overall thing I think is you're comic's rank out of ALL the comics. So, yeah there are more comics than that– that's just the number that yours holds.

The first number of “Rank” is your rank among other “strip” comics (as opposed to story comics. The second number is your rank among all the comics (strip and story).

The first date is the date you started the comic. The other one shows what day your comic has had the most pageviews so far.

Ack, I was beaten!

I've moved this to the Help forum. :]

1. The brown bird in the logo is Quail, who was, a long time ago Duck's sidekick in a series of comics called “Duck and Quail”… he's like the non-famous co-mascot of DD.

2. Comic launched on: date …. this is the day that you created the comic account that you're looking at

3. Drunk Duck rank… the numbers lowering isn't good, it's bad. There are several thousand comics on DD. they're all divided into two types: Comic strip, and comic story. You chose one of those categories for yours when you created the comic account (and can change it again if you look at your ‘advanced comic description’ area). “#159 in comic strip” means that 158 comic strips have been getting more pageviews than you (but you are still ahead of the several thousand other strips)… and remember that strips are only half of the comics on DD. So that's the other number: “#580 overall” means that 579 comics out of all the other comics on DD (strip AND story) are getting more views than you, but you're still ahead of all the other thousands.

You want the numbers to go up- for example, if you're the #10 comic that means only 9 comics are more popular than yours.

4. The other underlined date ('Biggest single day') is the day that you got the most page views, or people looking at your comic- 250 of them. (That might not mean 250 individual people- say if one person read 100 of your comic pages, that would account for 100 of that 250 number.)
