If you could have anyone draw your comic, who would be?

I would have Dan Shive draw mine. That would be cool. I love his comic.

Frank Quietly

If I had anything for him to draw.

How about writer you'd love to draw for?

It would either be Grant Morrisson, Mike Carey or Alan Moore. And to be fair GM has had his share of shitty artists so he'd probably be okay with me :)

Frank Quietly? Quite frankly?

If I could have any artists at all do Pinky TA, I would choose a whole team of them!

Pinky TA fantasy art team;

Sketches and designs: Durer and Leonardo da Vinci.
Figure painting: Caravaggio and Vermeer. Vermeer could do some extra interior background work.
Landscape backgrounds: Turner. Turner would also do all the sea, the ships, and the battle pictures.
Architecture: Canaletto.
Urban landscapes: Jeffrey Smart.

I know this is gonna sound ridiculous, but… I've always wondered what TEO would look like as done by Bill Sienkiewicz. His comics are some of the most far-out stuff I've ever seen. Plus he isn't afraid to experiment. He's probably one of the few people who could do TEO's frequent synesthesiac musical interpretations justice.

Brain Hutchinson (Manga version of Oz) and Brom (Fantasy art illustrator). That's a odd couple but it would be cool to see.

hell, i'd be happy to be able to draw my own…

Seriously, Robot Chuck drawn by Mark Schultz would rock! I mean, can't you just picture Amber a la ‘50’s pinup'? Brad with rock-hard abs? Ginger cuter than the cutest thing you ever saw?

And x3022 himself… in all his… uh… square boxiness and uh…

maybe I better stick with the whole photo comic thing.

James Jean

If there's any artist I want to strive to be at art wise, it's his stuff.

My art idol is Hiromu Arakawa, but for Emma I think it would be better to have a “western” artist.

Craig Thompson's style would probably mesh really well with my story, so I'd have to choose him.

Y'know, Marine has so warped my perceptions of the internet that part of me thinks that the vampire guy is him, playing a joke on everyone. Or not him. I don't know anymore, I try not to think about it. Marine could be all my friends, everyone I hold dear, and I'd never know… O_o Either way, I don't think that post was 100% serious. Surely? Was it?

But yeah! On topic… I'd love to do stuff with Liriel , or Rezo , or Jeremiah or John, Bev… I could go on forever! There's so many more people in the webcomics/small press world I'd love to write little stories for, I really could go on for ages. I have plans leaning in that direction, but I gotta prove myself first, and then I gotta convince people to work for me for FREE, so we'll see. XDXD

In terms of professional artists, if I ever felt worthy (which I never would!), I'd love to have a story drawn by Jock. His artwork blows my brains into tiny pieces. Or Adam Warren would be awesome too. Or Mike Oeming. Or Simon Davis. Or any of my many heroes! Yay! I'd never feel worthy though. I mean…GAAAH!!

MONKEYS WITH PENS TAPED TO THEIR FEETS.
Oh man, that would rock. They'd produce higher quality art than I ever could!

Jim Lee, Khota Hirano, or Kentaro Miura.

OR ALL 3 TOGETHER!

For me it would have to be Peter Bagge, Sergio Aragones, or Al Hirschfeld.
I also wouldn't mind seeing my buddies drawn by the great R.Crumb.

Cookie's World: Charles Schulz. But then I'd also want him to write it. I wouldn't mind him throwing in his own ideas and characters either. Heck, basically, I want Peanuts back…

IMO: Maybe her.

Considering mine are sprites, I'd like Brian Clevinger to do it. I'm sure he could bring the strangeness that I'm trying so hard for.

Or Neil Gaiman. ‘Cos I’m that much of a fanboy.
Spritely - for all your funny needs.
Total Immersion - for all your Pokemon-centric pseudo-romantic story needs.

Something for everyone!

I would write something for Larry Stroman to draw, if I could get him to draw a comic of mine…
