Feeling Good!

I'm feeling really good today. The kitten was playing on my head with my hair to wake me up extra early… It made me grumpy but i had time to make breakfast and chat with my husband. I think it was all the j-pop on my ipod on the way in to work that made me feel good. Nothing like some bouncy up beat music to get you geared up.

On a side note: what do you do with the cramp in your index finger from drawing too much? It cant be arthritis at 26 can it??

You can get arthritis at any age. I'm twenty and already have it in my wrists from music.

I knew someone that had arthritic feet at the age of 16. He was born club footed. It was corrected, but he gained arthritis.

Usually when I'm “feeling good”, it's a side effect of alcohol consumption. :nervous:

Try drawing with the whole arm rather than holding the pencil the same way you do when you write. Loosen you grip on the pencil, you're putting a lot of stress on your index finger so loosen up.

Get a squeeze ball and work on your grip. Regularly shake out your hand while drawing.

I have carpel tunnel, tendonitis, and messed up biceps and shoulder. Loosening my grip and moving the whole arm is now considered therapy for my injuries!
