Fixing web comics/HELP!!

Hello all I am a new member and i am working on.My very own web comic called ultrapup.I am not a computer whiz by any means.My problem is this i can,t seem to get the correct size for my comic pages.I ether have them to big or to small.Leaving way to much white space.And as i stated before.This is where i need help.So let me hear from you guys and gals.One more thing keep it simple.I will greatful for any help.Sincerly ERICSTOONS

if you're using Photoshop, go to Help>Resize Image>Online
and then it'll ask you how many pixels you want it to be. My pages are 425x632, just cause that's Tokyopop.com's size restriction, but for DD I'd say anywhere from 400-550 pixels wide should be good. Don't make it too wide or else it's a hassle to read.

I've found that comics set to 600 pixels wide work best for me (but I have a huge, hi-rez monitor) – yours range from 1000 to 2000. Maybe start with 600 and work down from there to see what you like.

Exactly how to do that depends on your software. You should be able to set the image size with your scanner software too if you just upload straight from there.

I'd downsize the resolution to 72 pixels/inch too – yours are at 150.

The extra whitespace on at least one of your pages was on the actual jpg, so remember to crop off the parts you don't want before uploading.
