Actually World domination is possible, all you gotta do is become president of usa, make up some bogus war near the middle east,end some Companions alot of missles and a few nukes.
Leave in an armored transport to the war, everyone in the plan stop fighting, All weapons are aimed for the USA, decrease their population by sending all of those weapons, then take over the wasteland and turn it into a command center, Invade Canada, Then Mexico, Then all of south america, and so on.
