Can't really pick a single one… My most memorable “funniest” include Mel Brooks movies (Blazing Saddles, Men in Tights, Space Balls, History of the World Part I, Silent Movie, The Producers… All of them really.)

I also have to add Clue. I love that movie.

Hehe… I love those old Mel Brooks movies. Being born in 1971 I've watched quite a few myself. But seeing the title I won't list them all…

Airplane!
The Gods Must Be Crazy
The Naked Gun

What about Raising Arizona?! That's comedic genius with some great actors. One of Cage's best movies ever, and Hunter's as well.

Raising Arizona's one of my favorite movies of all time. And I agree; everybody in it is just wonderful.

Raising Arizona, LOVED. That's an all time fave.
lol!

That was before everyone “discovered” the Cohen Brothers with Fargo… I still find Arizona their funniest film.

Ha, right on man!

Raising Arizona….just awesome.

Big Lebowski comes to mind too. There's so much hilarity, it's hard to pick a part to start. Him and his damn white russians was crazy funny. Writing a check for less than a buck for creamer.

Kung Fu Hustle
Young Frankenstein
The Gods must be Crazy
Kinky Boots

Army of Darkness definitely.
The Magic Christian(Cleese working with Peter Sellers? Acquired taste though as its very 1970s)

Clerks and Dogma

As for the works of Python(Monty) pictures the more you know about the legends of Arthur the funnier Holy Grail becomes, though Spamalot is better.

Stripes was funny, then I lived it. I was even in the same block of barracks for basic training in Fort Knox. Then it became funnier.
