Welcome! I think this is a good place to begin. There are a lot of novice artists and a lot of adept, excellent artists here. I'm one of those novices and I also came here to improve.
I still need to get my comic up, though…
And if anyone offers, don't take the cold, hot cola or whatever and there's a cult that some ninny will want you to join. The cult's okay (I think they hold Christian rituals), but the cola will cause your body to digest itself and you'll become a pile of various organs and things that look like orange peels.
