I just wanna know how you can make a good sprite video like the one of two links below

Your main tools will probably be either MS Paint or Photoshop(whichever you use), and Windows Movie Maker.

You may want to make a few test videos to work up your skill, though.

Just make each frame, and in WMM place them the right time apart. Add music. And viola.

Then again, I shouldn't be talking. Mine suck.

If you have access to it, I would use adobe after effects.

Here is some advice I heard for creating basic animations,
You can create most any kind of animation by creatively manipulating “P.A.R.T.S”

P for Position

A for Anchor Point

R for Rotation

T for Transparency(opacity)

S for Scale

If you don't have after effects, any decent animation software should have
equivalents to Position, Anchor Point, Rotation, Transparency, And Scale.

Well i'd use Flash MX if you want a good sprite movie. It's easier to use and makes frame by frame work stess free.
