Okay… okay. In the early 90's I used to watch Sonic every morning when we didn't have cable. But there was another show always on about some evil mad scientist with a hand attached to the top of his head and the fingers were just above his eyes and it would show what emotions he was feeling or if he was plotting or anything like that. But everyone I tell this to smiles and tells me I'm crazy, but I swear it existed! It was the foundation for my storytelling today.
If anyone knows what the hell I'm talking about, please gimme the name of the show. I think it was in Black and white.

I have a friend whom is always asking people if they remember a show about a team of musical instruments with superpowers, including a flying piano that talks like Liberace.

So HE'S crazy. You though… Yeah. You're okay.

Although I can't seem to find a picture or video, what you're describing sounds like a skit from the show “Hey Vern, It's Ernest!” starring one of my favorite actors of all time, Jim Varney as Ernest P. Worrell (among other characters). If I recall correctly, one character of his was an alien aboard a space ship who had a hand on his head, which acted exactly as you described. And when the hand was calm, it would slowly drum its fingers on the person's head.

I really want to watch the show now… If for no other reason than to catch “Lonnie Don's School of Hollywood Sound Effects” just one more time.

Actually, they did a whole made-for-video movie of that guy back in the 80s.

Cripes. If you do a search for “hey vern” on YouTube, you get a ridiculous amount of episodes. Of course, they're broken up into three parts, but it's some terribly good nostalgia. Also, nice job including one of the many haircut scenes into your clip, subcultured. Another great part of the show…
