I have question that's puzzling me.

Can my comic tell the difference between me and other readers?

reason why I ask is because I'm concerned whether or not someone is reading it or its just me passing by.

little side note: no-one has has commented yet

For what I know you can't see that on your drunkduck account stats but you can get this kind of info from a free web tracker.

I use statcounter http://www.statcounter.com/

Yes, your own visits to your comic will show up on your DD stat counter, but not affect your ranking because that's only based on Unique views by different people, not each time they load pages.
The stat counter legueu suggests will help you see that.

I've never been able to successfully add a counter to my Drunk Duck page while using the Template option.

The problem is that most webtrackers give you the code in HTML, and DD's author's comments section, which is where I would put the tracker on each page, only accepts BBCode. I've tried HTML to BBCode convertors but they have not successfully translated the code.

Anyone know of an outside counter/webtracker you can use with templated DD sites?
