Chapter I - The Crossroads
-Part I-
He awakens soon..
An alarm clock blazed off, a boy shot up out of his bed, slightly out of breath. His hair was a light brown, slightly spikey, while his eyes kept a blue color. The boy's light tanned skin touched a large button on the alarm clock, the noise came to sudden halt, "Ugh.." He muttered, wiping his eyes as he removed the covers from himself, stepping onto the rugged floor below.
Several minutes later, the boy found himself in and out of the bathroom. He walked into what appeared to be the living room, which was large and connected into two parts. The walls were white, while several couches lay across the floor, and many doors could be seen, The doors connecting either to a bathroom, kitchen, or bedroom.
The boy walked towards another, who was sitting on a chair, his arms folding and his head turned down. The boy on the couch had longish straight black hair, going down over his ears, and the front hair barely reaching his eyelids. His skin was also a light tanned color, slightly whiter than the other boy's.
"Hey.. Kurai." The spikey haired boy said, giving the sleeping boy on the couch a soft punch on the cheek.
Kurai's eyes opened, looking up at the boy standing in front of him, "Mum wasn't home this morning like she said she would be, Kagi." Kurai said, as Kagi gave a shrug, a chuckle coming from his throat.
"Don't worry about it, she'll be home later tonight." Kagi explained, looking at the black zippered pants Kurai wore, along with the slightly torn long sleeved red shirt, "Now let's hurry up, we don't want to miss Ren and Hinai on the way to School."
Kurai nodded, getting up from the chair, his backpack already on as he followed Kagi out the door.
Walking down the steps of the porch, it wasn't long before the two of them saw a couple figures standing there, waiting for them, "We were just about to knock on the door for you." Said the boy with brown eyes and hair that looked as if it could be either black or brown; depending on how one looked at it. His skin was tan, and obviously the darkest of the four of them.
Next to the boy stood a girl, Hinai, about the same height as Kurai, but shorter than both Kagi and the other boy, Ren, who were both about the same height. Her hair went a little past her shoulders, it was a reddish brown color, her eyes were hazel, and her skin a light tan.
She gave a simple wave to Kagi, who smiled back as Ren began to walk, leading the group towards their destination.
Silence followed for the next few minutes, the only sounds were the occasional cars, and soft tapping of shoes against the cement side walks, "I keep forgetting your not in eleventh grade with us Kurai." Ren said, looking back at Kurai who gave a shrug, "Yeah, you're a year younger than your brother Kagi. But.. you seem to act so much mature than him sometimes." He told him, chuckling.
Kagi gave Ren a hard nudge with his elbow, who responded with a shove of his own, "Don't start you two, it's barely six o' clock." Hinai said, her arms crossed over her chest as the two boys laughed a bit, apologizing afterwards.
-
After about ten minutes, a large brick school was clear in view, cars parked wherever available, and buses crowded next to eachother, kids still stuck inside, "God.." Kagi began, yawning for the last time, "I hate mondays."
A short conversation ensued between Kagi and Ren, debating whether or not to skip school. Of course, neither one took the topic seriously, it was merely the simple School-morning wishing of being able to stay home and sleep.
"See ya." Kurai said, giving half a wave as he opened the door to the school, walking off down one end of the hallway as Kagi, Ren, and Hinai went down the other. The school obviously seperated the Seniors and Juniors, from the lower grades.
Hinai looked back at Kurai for several moments until the crowds of people filled the hallway, blocking her view of him completely, "I worry about your younger brother sometimes Kagi." Hinai said, looking over at him.
"He is a bit anti-social sometimes." Kagi began, rubbing his shoulder as he looked off towards several lockers, "I blame it on growing up with a mom who's always gone, and a dad who died just before reaching elementry school."
"Yeah.." Hinai mummbled, looking back in hope to catch a glimpse of him one last time.
-
The school bell rang for the final time, crowds of people rushed out the doors, scurrying onto the bus, or into the parking lot, hoping to catch a ride from friends or family.
Kagi and Kurai made their way back to their house, Ren and Hinai either caught a ride home or needed to stay after. The four of them rarely walked home together, though mornings were much simpler.
Little conversation occured between Kurai and Kagi, which was how it usually went. Neither boy seemed to mind, each focusing on their own thoughts, unless, something important came up, "Hey Kagi.." Kurai began, Kagi nearly jumped out of his body as he looked over at Kurai.
"You scared the Hell out of me. What is it?" He asked, a look of concern on his face, for Kurai's tone was a bit serious.
"Did you leave the front door open when we left?"
"Uh.. nope. You followed me out, remember?" Kagi looked ahead, their house was in full view, but the front door was indeed open, it was wide open in fact, and there was no cars parked outside whatsoever.
Kurai and Kagi stopped in front of their house, looking up at the open door, "Crap.." Kagi said, quickly hurrying up the steps, letting his backpack fall against the wooden stairs, tumbling down quickly as it landed on the cement with a hard thud.

Chapter I - Part II
Kurai glanced down at the backpack for a moment; looking back up at his older brother who had already raced into the house, "Hold on!" Kurai shouted, letting his backpack fall right ontop of Kagi's, and then running up after him.
A large slash mark resided on the front door; smoke of some sort seemed to be lightly rising out of it. Kurai saw this, but Kagi was to busy looking around the living room to notice, "Someone came into our house right? Where are they?" He asked, his fists tightening up as Kurai began to walk towards him.
"It's not a they.."
Kagi's eyes opened wide, scanning the room with his eyes, looking for the person that made the noise, "Who said that?" He asked, as Kurai stopped next to Kagi, his face equally as expressioned as his brother's.
"Ahem.." Came a voice behind Kagi and Kurai.
The two of them turned around quickly, both equally shocked at the man in a hooded black cloak that stood there.
The hooded man's arms were folded across his chest; the darkness in the face of his cloak prevented anyone from seeing his face.
"Who the Hell are you?" Kagi shouted, the hooded man sounded as if he was laughed.
His arms uncrossed, placing them by his sides, "You're Sukai's children, aren't you?" He asked, Kurai's teeth clenched at this comment.
"He's dead, he died in a car accident, how would you know him!?" He shouted, Kagi momentarily surprised by his brother's reaction.
This time, the hooded man did not chuckle softly; he gave out a hard laugh, "Is that what your mother told you? Well, it's a lie." He began; both boys began to fill with anger and confusion, "He's alive. Barely."
"Just shut up!" Kurai shouted, as he ran for the hooded man, Kagi yelling at Kurai to stop.
He made a leap for the hooded man aiming a punch for his chest. The punch was easily blocked by the cloaked man's hand; using his foot he kicked Kurai backwards several yards. The teenage boy was left on the floor, gripping his stomach.
The man's head shook slightly, "He's well.. 'captured' you could say." He said, air quoting at his comment, "Not by us, but.. you can save him, if you come with us." His head turned towards the hurt Kurai, his index finger slightly pointed at him, "He doesn't have very long."
Kurai looked up, out of breath, but his face seemed to be as if he was listening, "Don't go with him Kurai!" He called out, looking over at the hooded man who began to laugh again.
In a rush of anger, Kagi grabbed a baseball bat lying on the floor, probably left over from a recent game with his brother. He ran forward, pulling his bat back, his eyes focused on the hooded man.
"Kurai, we need him." The hooded man began, Kagi getting closer, "But you... you're expendable." His hand pointed outward as a black orb shot outwards, quickly nearing Kagi.
-
Kagi's eyes were shut, seeing nothing but the insides of his eyelids. What had happened.. was he dead?
He slowly opened his eyes, but he wasn't home anymore. He was somewhere else.
http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/sony/ps2/DiveIntoTheHeart_Destati.mid
He was standing on top of a giant cylindrical pillar rising out of a void of eternal darkness. Around the sides of the pillar were giant, glowing stained glass windows. The tops of the pillars each featured a floor seemingly made entirely out of stained glass as well.
Looking down at the pillar he was standing on, he saw nothing more then a colorful array of glass.
You're one of the choosen masters..
Kagi looked around, a voice had begun to spoke, out of thin air it seemed.
Able to harness the energy within one's heart, use the weapon known as..
Looking down at his hand, a light flashed, a weapon appeared in it. Being nearly three feet long, and having the appearence of a key, along with a chain near the bottom of the handle, "The.. Keyblade."
And then.. there are your enemies.
Many figures appeared, including small black creatures with bright yellow eyes, white figures with zippered mouths, and several men in black hooded cloaks, exactly alike the one before.
The black ones.. they're called Heartless, created after one's heart falls to darkness, and the white, Nobodies, born from the body left behind after the heart disappears.
Rather than yelling out, Kagi was slightly curious, still examining his keyblade, the Kingdom Key, "And.. what about the people with the black suits?"
They're called Organization XIV, a recreation of a group of Nobodies that attempted to control Kingdom Hearts.
A large keyhole appeared out in the distance, Kagi's question about what Kingdom Hearts was, had been interrupted.
This.. is the keyhole. Every world has one, and evil forces attempt to harness it. The keyhole is the pathway to the 'heart' of the world. But you, the Keyblade Master, have the ability to lock the keyhole.
Staring at the keyblade, Kagi pointed it outwards, a bright light occurred as a white beam shot outwards, connecting with the keyhole.
And remember..
Kagi's eyes squinted as light began to cover him.
You are the key.

Chapter I - Part III
Kurai looked up, a large orb of darkness surrounded where his brother once stood, "Kagi!" He shouted, getting up from his knees, still gripping his stomach.
Several rays of light begun to flash out of the orb, the hooded man stepped back, confused by the situation, "No.. it can't be." He muttered, the hands by his side were clenched.
In a sudden burst of light, the darkness disappeared, leaving Kagi with the Kingdom Key in his right hand, pointed outward at the hooded man, "You're not welcome here."
The hooded man grunted, "The Keyblade.. I didn't think you were capable of wielding it." He said with a chuckle.
"Don't talk like that. As if you know everything about me!" Kagi yelled, rushing at the hooded man, both hands on his Keyblade as he swung it to the man's right side.
Kurai watched in awe, as the hooded man blocked the keyblade with his right hand, darkness pouring out of his palm, in an attempt to keep back the powerful weapon, but it was useless.
The man jumped to the side, the tip of the Keyblade almost touching his cloak as his feet skidded against the ground; his left hand gripped the ground in an attempt to keep himself still.
Out of breath from yelling, and stress of the current situation; Kagi held the Kingdom Key in his right hand, his body completely straight as he glared at the hooded man.
The cloaked man chuckled, standing upright as he crossed his arms, "Very interesting." He told Kagi, who simply growled, "My offer still stands Kurai. Come with me, you'll be able to save your Father." His view moved over to Kurai, who's hand was removed from his stomach.
After several moments, Kurai's turned head looked forward, into the darkness of the man's hood, "I would never." He said calmly, a sigh flew from the hooded man's mouth.
"You hear that?" Kagi asked, the man still looked at Kurai, "He's not joining you. So go back to Organization XIV and tell them the news." The cloaked man seemed to twitch at that comment.
A small chuckle came from his mouth as he turned towards Kagi, "Y'know.. maybe I will." He said, pressing his middle finger against his thumb, "By the way, feel free to call me member number III." In a flash of friction, the man snapped his fingers, disappearing a puff of darkness.
The Keyblade in Kagi's hand disappeared, he looked down disappointedly, but soon began to walk towards Kurai, "You ok?" Kurai asked his older brother.
Kagi placed his fist on Kurai's cheek, giving him a soft punch, "You had me worried there." Kagi said, as a Kurai gave a single chuckle.
The two looked around at the house, "So.. are we gonna tell mom about this?" Kurai asked, Kagi tried to hide a laugh.
"And you really think she'll believe us?"
"Yeah.. good point."
"I'll tell you what happened tomorrow." Kagi said, Kurai's face became confused, unaware of what had taken place before Kagi broke out of the black orb, "I need some time to recollect my thoughts." He walked out of the door, retrieving the fallen backpacks at the bottom of the stairs as Kurai looked to the side at the window, giving a sigh.
-
The Moon was nearly full, the cloudless sky made it obvious, and it's lunar light more visible.
A woman with long black hair, dressed in a buisness suit, and appearing to be in her late thirties, walked up the stairs to the two boys' house. Before opening the door, she knelt down, feeling the large slash mark in the wood, "I've felt this before.." She mumbled, getting up and opening the door.
Open walking inside, she continued rubbing her fingers together, her eyes scanning the living room as she gave a sigh, "It's happening."
-
The Moon was gone, the Sun slowly taking over it's place, the cool early morning air filled the lungs of Ren, Kagi, Kurai, and Hinai, "Dude, I think you're on something." Ren said, Kagi giving out a sigh as Kurai simply stared at Ren, "Are you guys really serious?"
"I swear." Kagi looked over at Hinai, who appeared to have a confused face as well.
Ren shook his head, crossing his arms, "I don't know whether or not to believe you. I mean.. I want to, but... are you guys pulling my leg?"
Kurai shook his head, "No, we're dead serious."
Giving a small grunt, Ren grabbed his hair, rubbing it hard, "Damn it you guys, this is some sort of joke isn't it?"
"Just forget then." Kagi said, his eyes darting away towards the street.
"Oh, don't be like that Kagi." Hinai told him, "It is pretty hard to believe, you have to admit."
Kagi gave a shrug, as Kurai looked ahead at the school, which was a mere eigth of a mile away now. Cars and buses stopped for the four teenagers to cross the street, "I'll be walking home today." Ren said, looking over at Kagi who refused to make eye contact, "I guess we can talk more about it then, right?"
"It.. doesn't matter I guess. Sure." He said.
The four of them entered the school, Kurai walking down a seperate hallway from the others once again.
-
The bell rang for the last time once more, crowds of people rushed out of the classrooms. Some heading straight for the bus, some going to their lockers to drop off books or to talk to friends, or heading to the locker room to change for after school sports.
Kurai was focused on heading out the door, waiting for his brother and friend to arrive so they could head home.
The main enterance of the school was a large room, trophy cases placed on the walls, and two hallways leading to a side of the building. Kurai stopped at the beginning of the hallway in the main enterance, his eyes focused on a man in a black cloak.
Several people stood off on the sidelines, looking over at the man, whispering and talking. Nobody would even go near him, it was if he had some sort of evil presence about him.
The black cloaked man looked over at Kurai, his hand pointed out as his index finger beckoned towards him, wanting Kurai to come closer, "Get the Hell away from me!" Kurai shouted, everyone in the area stopped what they were doing and looked over at him.
The man grabbed his own, pulling it down over his face. His skin was a tan color, almost dark like, his eyes were gray, almost a redish color. A several inched scar went down to the right, diagonally over his mouth. His hair was a dark brown color, his hair going no more over his forehead, and halfway past his ears.
"I'm not the same one you met with before." The man said with a chuckle, Kurai clenching his fist, Kagi was nowhere in sight.

Chapter I - Part IV
Hinai stopped walking, her face appeared to be that of confusion, "Was that Kurai?" She asked herself, hearing some sort of a shout from a distance away.
She began to walk again, but this time, at a much faster pace; she was still at the end of the hallway to the main enterance.
"You're one of the Organization XIV members then?" Kurai asked, his expression was full of seriousness and hate.
The man nodded, "The leader, actually." He said with a grin, Kurai's body tensed up at this comment, "How did you find out so quickly about our Organization?"
After a few moments of silence, Kurai responded, "My brother told me about you, he said he went to this odd place, and this voice told him." The man growled at his explanation.
"Damned Station of Awakening." The man cursed, leaving Kurai even more confused, "Oh well, it can't be helped I guess." He said, a smile back on his face, looking around at the crowd of people, "They seem to want a show, a fight perhaps."

It appeared as if nothing happened, so putting his arms down, he opened his eyes, the Kingdom Key in his right hand, "What.. where am I?" He asked, looking around, quickly noticing the Keyblade in his hand.
He stood on top of a giant cylindrical pillar rising out of a void of eternal darkness. Around the sides of the pillar were giant, glowing stained glass windows. The tops of the pillars each featured a floor seemingly made entirely out of stained glass as well.
Looking down at the pillar he was standing on was dark-like, having a symbol engraved into the glass.
Heartless, an evil being that's created from the darkness that resides in the hearts of almost all humans.
Realizing where he was from his brother's explaination of the place, Kurai stood still, not bothering to question the voice.
And if the heart and will of the being that has been engulfed by darkness is strong enough, their body will be left to wander, having a mind of it's own. This.. is what a Nobody is.
Light flashed up from below Kurai, the Heartless symbol quickly changed into the Nobody symbol.
You, you're special. Do not be afraid of the darkness, do not fear it. For that is what will seperate you from the others, your power can be unmatched.
Kurai blinked, "What?" He asked, looking up, in hopes that he could see the voice talking to him.
Cracks began to form down the pillar, smoke rising from them, quickly changing into darkness, which engulfed the pillar, making it's way up Kagi.
Do not be afraid...
-
An orb of darkness lay where Kurai once stood, the man looked blankly ahead, "Perfect." He said with a chuckle.
The orb exploded, leaving black smoke rising up from the floor as Kurai looked forward at the man, a scowl on his face as he pointed the Kingdom Key forward, "What.. impossible.. the Keyblade's mine.." Kagi said, his voice sad as he quickly got to his feet, the Dusk still surrounding him.
Kurai looked over towards the Dusk, quickly rushing toward them, the keyblade pulled back, ready to strike at them.

Chapter I - Part V
The Dusk turned their attention away from Kagi, and focused on Kurai, who was running straight towards them, "Let's see how tough these things are!" Kurai shouted, swinging his arms forward, knocking one of the Dusk to the side, a bright light flashed from the Keyblade upon contact with the Nobody.
The three other Dusk quickly moved towards Kurai in a snake-like fasion, their bodies moving gently against the ground, floating a bit. Kurai kicked upwards, sending a Dusk up into the air as he pierced it with the Keyblade, causing it to vanish in a puff of smoke.
"I.. I don't understand." Kagi muttered, watching his brother fight the Nobodies.
Hinai looked down, "I guess you weren't lieing."
Shaking his head, Kagi struggled to get up, "I know, but.. I'm supposed to be the one with the Keyblade.." He said, as Kurai swung the Kingdom Key into a Dusk who lunged for him, "Not him.."
Another Dusk launched himself at Kurai who quickly brought his foot up, spinning himself on his other foot's heel, causing his brought-up foot to slam into the wall, the Dusk on the other end of it. The Dusk struggled, attempting grab Kurai's foot as he stabbed his Keyblade through it's face, and the Dusk disappeared.
The two remaining Dusk stood up straight, standing at almost the exact same height as Kurai. The two creatures began to move towards Kurai, their legs stretching far out as they did so. And with a quick, final spin, Kurai's Keyblade cut both of the Dusk's into two pieces, but only for a moment, as both Dusk's disappeared.
"Haha.." The man chuckled, clapping his hands as he walked forwards towards Kurai, "Bravo, I guess you can fight."
Scowling, Kurai pointed the Keyblade outward with his right hand, his left hand curled into a fist, "Who are you?"
Laughing gently, the man looked over at Ren, who had regain conciousness, "You can call me X." He said, changing his view to Kurai and Kagi, "Change your mind yet? Whether or not you want to join us?"
Kurai flinched, the Keyblade brought down to his side, his eyes focused on X's face, but not directly into his eyes, "Damn it! Just stay away from us!" Kagi shouted, running past Kagi and towards X.
"What's the matter? Disappointed you're not the one to bare the Keyblade?" He pulled his arm back as Kagi leapt towards X, aiming a punch for him, "I guess you didn't see what I did to your friend." X pushed his forward, his palm connecting directly with Kagi's chest, a bright purple light flashed as Kagi was sent flying backwards, landing several yards behind Kurai.
"Kagi.." Kurai muttered, looking back at his unconcious brother.
His head turned towards X who still had his hand out, a grin on his face as Kurai's grip on the Keyblade grew tighter.
"I think I might've broken something. Better get him to a hospital." X said with a laugh, disappearing in a puff of smoke.
Hinai was sitting on the floor, quickly fixing Kagi's position so he was flat out, her eyes focused on the blood dripping from her friend's mouth, "I think he's hurt, Kurai, we need an ambulence!" She shouted.
Kurai's Keyblade disappeared, looking over at Ren who struggled to get up, "I got a cell phone on me.. I'll call the police." He stuttered, groaning as he pulled his phone from his pocket, his free hand gripping his stomach.
-
Eyes closed, Kagi lays asleep on a bed, a simple white sheet put over him, his normal dark blue sleeved shirt, with a red zipped t-shirt above it, along with normal jeans, on him.
Ren sat in a chair, watching Kagi quietly. He wore a long sleeved brown shirt, the shoulder's were zippered to it could become a t-shirt. And his pants were a bit long for him, and a tanish color.
Hinai walked into the room, her clothes consisted of tan pants, and a pink shirt with a white zippered over-shirt.
And Kurai, who sat in a chair as well, wore a simple dark red shirt with black zippered pants.
"He's been asleep for a while." Ren said, looking up at Hinai.
"You should be resting to." Hinai began, frowning at Ren, "You got banged up pretty bad yourself."
Shrugging, Ren looked over at Kurai, who was focused on the floor, it seemed, "You alright?"
"Huh.. oh yeah, I'm fine." Kurai said, getting up from his seat, walking out the door, "I'm gonna go for a walk though."
"Alright.. bye.." Hinai said, stepping out of the way as she watched him leave.
Kurai walked up the stairs, heading towards the third floor of the hospital. His feet dragging slowly as he gave a sigh, walking through the staircase exit. He looked around at the rooms, and the hallway in general. It seemed like the hospital was dead, there was no moving, or anything for that matter.
His eyes wandered, occasionally looking into a room, it was either empty, or a patient lay inside sleeping, or.. it looked like they were sleeping. They could've quite possibly been dead, "I haven't seen a nurse or a doctor around for hours.." Kurai whispered, as a hand was felt gripping his shoulder.
Startled, Kurai jumped quickly looking back at a woman with long dark black hair, her eyes a bright green, and her skin a bit whiter than it should be. She wore sort of doctor's 'coat', it being a gray color, and her shirt and pants dark gray, her height was several inches above Kurai's, "Sorry if I startled you." She began, smiling a bit, "You should really go back to your room, now isn't a good time to be wandering the halls."
Night of Fate [kh2.co.uk]
Still a bit startled, Kurai agreed, confused about how he didn't even see or hear her coming. The nurse gave him a slight nudge with her hand, pushing him forward as she followed him, "How come there's no one out? I haven't seen anyone for a while." He asked, a smile came over the nurse's face as she pulled her right arm back.
"I don't think you need to worry about that anymore.." She hissed, her hand pointed outwards as large black claws grew from her nails, each almost a foot long, dark smoke lightly rising from each claw.
Sensing something was amiss, Kurai quickly ran forward, stopping to look back at the nurse, a wicked smile on her face as her pupils appeared to be glowing with a green fire, "What the hell.." He muttered, as the nurse gave out an inhuman shriek, causing Kurai to cover his ears.
"Did you hear that?" Ren asked, getting up from his seat, looking over at Kagi who had been awake for merely a minute.
Nodding a bit, he sat up in his bed, holding his side, "Yeah.. it sounded like it was coming from above us."
An orb of darkness was shot forward at Kurai, who quickly leapt of the way, darting for the stairs, "Where are you going boy? Ansem needs you!" She shouted, laughing maleficently.
Not bothering to take his chances, Kairu grabbed onto the railing of the stairs, leaping over and landing below on the second floor. Rushing, he set his sights for the open doorway where Kagi, Ren, and Hinai were.
He came into the room, looking ahead at Hinai, who was urging Kagi not to leave his bed, "There's some sort of witch out there.." Kurai said, panting.
"That screech right?" Ren asked as Kurai quickly nodded, "Well what are we.. Kurai!"
A hand quickly grabbed Kurai by the neck, pulling him backwards. It was the nurse, who's arm was stretched out several more feet than it should've been. Her other hand layed by her side, her claws still extended, "There's no where you can run.." She chuckled, walking forward as she tossed Kurai to the side, he rolled hard against the ground, bouncing once before coming to a halt.
Ren charged forward, a pocket knife in hand as he aimed a strike for the nurse's shoulder. She grabbed Ren's wrist, pulling him in front of her. Her hand clenched around both his wrists as Kurai looked forward towards the two, "Now, unless you want your friend to get hurt." She began, a smile still on her face, "I'd suggest you come with me."
"Let go of me you bitch!" Ren shouted, the knife he held had slowly begun to glow.
"Watch your tounge boy." She hissed, gripping his wrists tighter as he gave out a short grunt.
A warrior needs his sword..
In a flash of blinding light, Ren's knife disappeared, replaced by a sword with a three foot long blade, quickly piercing against the nurse's leg, "Agh!" She let out a screech, pushing Ren forward as she examined the wound on her leg, and rather than blood, black smoke rose from the cut.
"Whoa.." Ren said, stumbling a bit as he found his balance, turning towards the nurse, who looked up at Ren in semi-shock, "Looks like it's my turn to kick some ass.."
The nurse let out a sudden unexpected shriek, which had the form of laughter, claws grew on her other hand as she did so, black smoke rising from it, "You think you can beat me? You're more of a fool then I thought." She said, the sound of bed springs moving came to her ear.
Hearing Hinai gasp, the nurse turned around, letting out a growl. Kagi was standing up perfectly straight, his right hand pointed outwards, gripping a handle, and the Kingdom Key's blade mere inches away from the nurse's back.
To Be Concluded...

Chapter I - Part VI
Kagi formed a grin on his face, the nurse's head slightly turned, her eyes meeting with Kagi's, "Believe me now?" He asked, as Ren gave a laugh.
"Yeah." He began, gripping his sword tight at the handle, the tip of the blade slightly turned.
The nurse's fingers twitched a bit, the claws grinding against one another lightly, "Looks like I'm just going to have to take you both down." She said with a laugh.
"Your not going to last a second against both of us, and you know it." At this point, the nurse gave out another shreik of laughter, both Kagi and Ren winced at this, as Hinai ran past them, going over to Kurai.
Desire for all that is lost
With a quick twist of the heel, the nurse sent her right hand flying towards Kagi, who was forced to block them with his Keyblade. The two weapons collided, a flash of light occuring between the two as Kagi struggled to keep his balance.
"I'm coming!" Ren shouted, running at the wicked lady who gave a sigh, putting his left hand outwards, the claws slamming against Ren's sword, causing him to stumble back.
The nurse put her foot outwards, quickly pulling herself to Ren. She removed her claws from Kagi's Keyblade, and shot them forward at Ren, her left hand dangling limb. Attempting to block the attack, Ren used the broad side of his sword, gripping the handle tight with both hands.
Kagi ran forward, swinging his Kingdom Key to the right, horizontally, aiming a strike for the nurse's side. She jumped to the left, moving several yards away from the two boys.
Kurai slowly began to get up, "Kurai, no! Just stay down!" Hinai said, her hands near her neck, they were clenched a bit, she looked as if she was frightened.
Looking forward, Kurai noticing the Kingdom Key in Kagi's hand, "Feh.." He muttered, looking at his own hand, "Why won't it just stay to one person.. I.. I need a weapon to." Kurai said softly, standing up straight as he looked around for some sort of weapon.
The nurse scowled, "I can't have you interfering as well." She muttered, snapping her fingers as ten Shadow Heartless surrounded Kurai's right side.
Hinai gave a slight scream, backing away from Kurai, as he looked over tothe odd, dark creatures, "The Heartless." He muttered, his fist clenched tight as he fully turned towards them, "Hinai, you don't belong here, go." He said, his face still turned towards the Heartless, their hands and body twitching every few seconds.
Before she could respond, Kagi had begun to speak, "Wait.. all these Heartless, are they.. from.." The nurse gave a shriek of laughter.
The Nurse laughed, "Yes." Kagi growled, as Ren looked over at him, confused, "Many of the patients in this Hospital, are no longer among the living."
Gripping his sword, Ren shouted, "You turned them into Heartless!?"
"Sick people put up less of a struggle. And the Heartless that are created are just as good." She said, the Heartless surrounded Kurai began to jump at him, leaving Kurai to push and punch away the Heartless, without any sort of weapon, he couldn't do much of anything.
Looking at Ren and Kagi, who had their attention turned towards the Heartless, she put her arms outward, then rushing forward, her arms directly behind her, "Damn it!" Ren said looking at her, causing Kagi to look forward as well.
With a mighty thrust, the nurse's hands thrusted forward, both Kagi and Ren blocked the claws with their weapons. Struggling to maintain balance, all three kept there same position, arms shaking as they tried to push forward.
A Shadow Heartless formed with the ground, sliding along it as Kurai was preoccupied keeping away the others. It leapt from the ground, clawing Kurai's back as he stumbled forward. Several more Heartles lunged at him, knocking him into a wall, his back making a loud thud as he slid to the ground, his knees bent upwards while his arms lay limp in front of him, his eyes half closed, "I can't die.." He said, coughing as the Heartless began to move towards him.
Not everyone resides in light..
Fully opening his eyes, dark smoke began to rise from his body, his right hand slowly pointed outwards as darkness began to form around it, taking the shape of a weapon. Within a moment, a Keyblade took form, darkness still rising from it.
The Heartless stopped, still twitched, perhaps they were afraid? "Oblivion.. Keyblade.." He muttered, his face quickly became serious gripping the Keyblade with both hands as a large orb of dark energy suddenly formed in front of it, engulfing and destroying several of the Heartless.
Sensing this, the nurse looked to the side, her eyes widened as the ball of darkness was shot forward towards her, destroying the rest of the Heartless as well, "Jump back!" Kagi shouted, as Ren followed his orders, both boys jumped backwards, causing the nurse to stumble a bit, unable to move.
The dark orb slammed into the nurse, and both objects flew into an open room, and out the window. Ren and Kagi gave a short laugh, looking at eachother as Ren's eyes grew wide, "Kagi!" He cried out, as a claws hand grabbed Kagi's leg, scratching it heavily.
Giving out a cry of pain, he looked down, the nurse had severely outstreched her arm, and within an instant, Kagi was down the ground, being pulled backwards towards the window as Ren grabbed his friend's hands, "Come on, don't be scared!" The nurse shrieked, her voice clear as day.
With a sudden and violent tug, both Kagi and Ren, who had already been dragged into the room, were pulled back through the second floor window, "Roll!" Ren said, as they hit the ground, their bodys rolling as if they were jumping out a train.
The nurse's arm slowly went back to normal size, but black patches of darkness covered her arms and face, smoke rising from each spot, "Annoying pests.." She hissed, skin slowly covering the wounds.
Without warning, a bright light flashed from the top of the Hospital, the nurse looked up, shocked, "Damn it, not now.." She sighed, her wounds completely gone.
At the front of the Hospital was a giant red heart, several circles of different length surrounded it. But now, in the direct center of the heart was a keyhole, the nurse looked back at Kagi with great anger, "Do it!" Ren shouted, remembering Kagi's story of the Keyblade and the keyhole.
He jumped infront of Kagi, the Dream Sword still in his hands as the nurse quickly took her left hand, swinging it horizontally at Ren with all her might. Ren attempted to block the attack with his sword, but after a mere second of struggling, was tossed to the side.
Looking ahead, she saw Kagi, who had already pointed the tip of the Kingdom Key outward, a light shot out from it, and connected with the keyhole. A flash of light exploded from the keyhole, and died down, the keyhole disappeared, "You got lucky.." She said, a smile on her face, but Kagi's was still a heavy frown, "It doesn't matter, I got what I truely desired." She explained, looking over at the doorway to the hospital, and out came Kurai, then Hinai.
Kurai's Oblivion Keyblade was still in his right hand, but he seemed to be drained of energy. Hinai was now focused on Ren, who had suddenly gotten up, "Get away you hag!" He shouted, running at the nurse and attempting to stab her, but she appeared to evaporate into a green fire.
Walking over to Kagi, Kurai looked down at the Kingdom Key, while Kagi gave Kurai a soft punch on the cheek, "I told you to stop that.." He said, looking away as Kagi gave a soft chuckle.
Suddenly, a spiral of darkness surrounded the four kids, enabling them to see nothing but darkness as they disappeared from their world.
A car quickly stopped near the front of the Hospital not bothering to take a parking spot. A woman came out of the car, the same one who had been at Kagi and Kurai's house the other night. Their mother, "You were right.." She said with a sigh, slowly walking forward as another person came out from the car, the Organization outfit covered that person, who also appeared to give out a sigh, along with a nod of the head.
-
Welcome..
Kagi, Kurai, Ren, and Hinai stood at the center of four pathways. The four pathways met at a common point, the path itself seemed to go on forever, while it's width was no more than a few feet. One pathway was simply a dirt color, the other was white, another was gray, and the final one was pitch black. In between the four pathways was grass, shaded a dark green thanks to the darkness of the night, the moon shining brightly.
To the Crossroads..
A blurry bluish-white figure appeared before them, it hovered several inches off the ground, it appeared to have a male shape, and was roughly six feet tall, but nothing more could be said, the figure was to hazed.
"Your the voice.. right?" Kagi said, Ren and Kurai simply looked forward, Hinai appeared to be slightly confused.
Three pathways lay before you, choose one: Daybreak, Dawn, or Nightfall..
The figure appeared to have not moved it all, besides it slow hovering up and down, "The.. white one, right?" Hinai asked, looking at Ren and Kagi, "The white one should be for good, while black is evil, and gray is neutral. Or.. I think so."
"It makes sense, I don't think there's any other way out of here." Kagi said, looking at Kurai who simply stared forward at the blurred figure, "Daybreak." He told the figure, who didn't respond.
Looking back at Ren and Hinai, they nodded, the three of them began to walk down the white road, while Kurai went the exact opposite way, down the road to Nightfall, "Kurai!?" Kagi said, stopping as he looked over at Kurai.
"It's just like school, right?" He said with a serious face, a black portal appearing in front of him, a vision of the school came into view, Kagi on one hallway, and Kurai on the other.
Your paths have been decided..
Kurai walked through the black vortex, as Kagi stepped forward, getting ready to run for Kurai, but he quickly disappeared in a flash of light. Along with Ren and Hinai.
The figure's head turned towards the black road, the portal disappeared, "Not that it matters.." He muttered, before slowly disappearing.
End Chapter I
Kagi formed a grin on his face, the nurse's head slightly turned, her eyes meeting with Kagi's, "Believe me now?" He asked, as Ren gave a laugh.
