Plenty of good housing (as the owners are all dead)

Good news! I found a student edition of Photoshop CS4 for $200. I will purchase it for myself after my fiance's first real world pay check. (When he starts getting paid I will have less financial responsibility in the household. Right now I take care of the groceries.) I can't wait to get back to my normal self. I'll do my best the catch the mafia comic up in my free time with what I got, but I look forward to using my full capabilities.
