Analysis time!

All I can see in Clue 3 is the face-obscuring hat. Since it's likely not the vigilante (was not protected) and it isn't the madman, I'm thinking it's a mafia hit.

Face-obscuring hatatars in particular - Mettaur, Monkey, Salsa, Maru, 1337, Harkovast, and possibly Byndris.
TJ, Rokulily, and Niccea have hats, but not obscured faces. Did I miss anyone?

I'm leaving Clue 2 alone because, if both the psychopath and some other schmo tried to kill it as it was protected, I'm thinking vigilante.

Clue 1 seems to be the one with the most details; the assailant is smaller in addition to looking younger and weaker.

Those known for being small and looking young are Rokulily and Niccea, and Roku in particular made a comic recently about how others perceive her as being smaller, younger, AND weaker.

Parker, Alwin, Byndris, Maru, and Mettaur are literally younger players, being in high school, and Alwin in particular mentions being frail-looking as well. Did I miss anyone?

I think any number of these people could shout random words humorously, and I couldn't see any connection between all the words and anyone's profiles or comics, so I'm thinking maybe it's a red herring or intended to make everyone realize early that it's the psychopath.

Anything else? Clues can be based on behavior too, and I'm not well-acquainted with a lot of youse mugs yet, so youse should analyze each other too, see? :3

True about Alwin, that particular comic might also have another of the clues in it. No idea as to what the prophecy is, but spagetti and demon, spagetti is another filling food, and demon is either because of those teeth in his stomach, but I think it is because of those horns he always has. Plus he likes being an evil character, adding to the horns thing. So, lynch Alwin?

The first man (the one saved by a medic): I'd say a vigilante. Mettaur is mafia and mayor, so he'd have his cohorts keep the guards alive for as long as possible. As for Id, I'd have to say that age clue sounded important. Whose oldest.
The short psychopath: We need someone young, frail, and a rambler. I would have to say Byndis (doubt I spelled that right) but then that little “all black” comment struck me, so now I'm thinking its Alwin. In ether case, we need a detective's opinion.
The Second shooter: This was a man of few details, but I would say it's Mett. The shooter pulled his hat down to shade his face, an action done by dear Mett's avatar.

It says someone frail, I've boasted about being top in my gym class and the track team, and if we are talking frail in the mafia games, I won, as the Case 0, which had the G-Virus. I don't see that as frail. However Alwin, you have said many a time in your comic about being weak and such. Haven't you?
