Who else loves them, huh?

I like Life of Brian, The Meaning of Life, The Holy Grail, and much more.

Monty Python is very good, yes. I have a particular love of some of the Flying Circus-sketches such as the Lumberjack, Hell's Grannies and the department of Silly walks. And the Dead parrot… It's a classic.

But I'll have to admit that it gets a bit annoying when your friends repetedly quotes the same passages over and over and over. It takes the fun out of it.
Because I may as well show a bit of pride. ^___^

Finally, someone made a thread for this!

I have Holy Grail, Meaning of Life, And Now For Something Completely Different, and profile DVDs of John Cleese and Eric Idle.

I didn't get Life of Brian because I didn't really find it that funny. And I sincerely wish I could get the boxed set of Flying Circus.

Ohhhhhhh I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK……

I love them alot but everyone always quotes the funniest parts of their movies and shows so much it makes what made them great just seem tasteless and boring.

There were a bunch of the Monty Python crew in Yellowbeard, which continues to be one of my favorite movies forever.

Its an album of some of the audiences favorite skits, including
Cheese Shop, Different Parts to the Spanish Inquisition, Dead Parrot, Fish Licence, the Lumberjack song, The Constitutional Peasant (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xvnsIodU34), Four Yorkshiremen, and much more. 2 Discs.

Sysli is right. If you repeat a funny joke too much, it won't be funny any more.

Oh, and I also have Volume 1 of the script for Monty Python's Flying Circus Seasons 1-2.

Life of Brian is Pretty funny, but you don't need to get worked up about it LIZARD_B1TE. I see your point that it was funny, but you don't have to attack people to get your point across.

Anybody seen Upperclass Twit of the Year?

I've seen Upperclass Twit of the Year. Very good one, and not spoiled by “overuse”.
Not that I'm completely clean myself, Monty Python is just so very quotable, but I try to keep it down.

It's like quoting the popular sketches is simmelar to a big inside joke that most people know about.
Because I may as well show a bit of pride. ^___^

I love monty python, but woe to he who misquotes an episode. Seriously, I did that once, transposing a few words…and got chewed out by half of the people in the room.

haha I just love them too, ok my parents practically raised me with their movies n stuff so I guess I didn't have much of a choise xD

And the killer rabbit is just hilarious. lol!
the funniest thing about the killer rabbit though for me is that my friend has a rabbit that is totally mad. It actually attacks people O.o .. and yep you guessed it… It's an albino so it lokks just like the one and only Killer rabbit itself XD
man that is one scary rabbit ;P
Evil is always possible, Goodness is a difficulty.
