Well, judging from the lack of a response, dude, I do believe that it isn't possible to do such a thing. MS paint isn't exactly known for it's CGI-quality art, unfortunately. I recommend dropping 100 bucks on photoshop elements, in my opinion. It's my image editor of choice, and it's pretty cheap as far as programs of the sort go.

Name some specifics, like maybe transparent people or text boxes (I figured out both). I mean name the specifics, then we may be able to help.

Or download GIMP for free, it's a program like photoshop you can download legal for free. I use it for my comic and love it. It can make an ‘mspaint type’ comic look 100x better on the first try.

It's waaay easier to make cool affects in the gimp since they're installed right there. :) (and the pixels, text, and quality beats mspaint to the ground)

.XCF for the win! Use the gimp for free on any platform! Its like photoshop, but legally free!

I use it for a lot of my comic. Some of them I've even done entirely in there(No paper or pencils of any kind)

long live the GIMP!!
