NOT THE BEESS! MY EYES, MY EYES!!! BWWAAAARGH! gargle…

Oh what the F**K? Not another fricken crappywood remake? For jeebus sakes, this one's even worse than usual… What's happened to Cage? He was good in Raising Arizona at least. :(

Crappywood surely knows how to take a story, or even an actor, chew them up, digest them and reconstitute them as excriment. That's right, Nick Cage is poop.

That sad, I'd sell my comic to them for a couple of mill or even 100K, no questions asked! :)
To bad they're not asking for it. lol!

I wonder if it's true that Nicholas Cage tried out for the role of Superman. Sounds like a rumor, but hey, the guy does think he can play Ghostrider.

Ugh.

Hahaha. The bee scene is the funniest thing ever. He's not convincing at ALL.

Somehow the image of him riding away with that bike is even more hilarious than the act of taking the bike itself. Is this movie for real? Does Cage need the money??

hmmm, no. The thing about the original is that almost everyone who saw it actually believed they really did burn the main actor alive inside a giant wicker man. The myths and the stories about the movie went on for years.
Remember that stupid “Blair witch project”? The way people talked about that? A mere blip! That was over in seconds, no one cares about the BWP anymore, it's just a dumb joke. But the Wicker man mythology went of for decades

I've only seen bits of it. I'm sure I wouldn't find it as convincing today, but it was certainly a lot scarier and believable than crappy CG bees and a girl-punching over-the-hill Nick Cage…
Maybe they should really have killed Cage? It'd bring back some credibility to the film, redeem him as an actor, make it more real than the original (since the actor didn't really die, people just believed he did), and ironically; the agent of Nick's destruction would actually be a cage! -all be it one of burning wicker… >:)
