How do you draw a person from a bottom angle?

Pretty basic but makes perfect sense :D

If I may add… lines parallel to the surface of the page are full lenght. Any lines that are supposed to be at an angle will be the shorter, the more they're aimed at the viewer. And obviously, the closer the object the larger it'll become.

In other words, if a character points both of his arms at you, the arm pointing at your shoulder will be much shorter and the hand will be much larger, than the arm pointing at your feet, which would be full lenght in this case.
