Quick question: what's the difference between "Mature" and "Adult"?

I understand what the other two tones mean, but the difference between Mature and Adult evades me. Is Mature 18+, or is Adult 18+? Or 21+? Is Mature just an undefined transitional step between Teen and Adult?

Does it even matter?

If a user is 13 or 14, they can view comics rated Mature. Mature is basically an R-rated movie. Swearing, violence, ‘offscreen’ sex, non-sexualized nudity.

Adult is pretty much the porno or super-gore comics.

If you're not sure how to rate your comic, feel free to ask. :]

I always thought I was safe in the mature range, with your description I'm starting to wonder if I'm not borderline between both. I've seen many worse comics that were mature, but this “non-sexualized nudity” can be confusing.

If you could check my comic(only 8 pages) and tell me if it's really mature or if it's near getting adult, so that I can make sure it doesn't fall in the second category, that would be nice. Also, the nudity will be mostly present in the beginning.
