I really dig the battle scenes in Frontier 2170. Nicely done. I just ‘liked’ the comic.

Doctor Death Vs. The Zombie v2: I really like the colour work on this one and the art is nice and solid too. I also like the pacing and the narration, good job!

The Chronicles of Wyrden updates today and well, we're under the sea in a distinctly Jules Verne mode.

My comic http://www.drunkduck.com/Roll_4_Damage/goes in a different direction. My illustration side took over on this one.

@Roll 4 Damage Interesting idea for a comic. Sorta reminds me of Robot Chicken when the die are outside of the bag. I also like how the die have their own world of imagination when inside the bag. Nice work!

Today in Mad Chicken, chapter two comes to a close and Manny has grown to like Tom as a friend. I'm taking a little break from Mad Chicken and I'll start on chapter 3 some time soon.

Mad Chicken Auto: Alright, this comic is a bit too cutsie for me, but I found myself falling victim what I call “The Archie Comics Complex,” where I find the comic to be addicting and I keep wanting to read the next page. There are some funny moments throughout, and I especially liked the part when he nearly drowns Manny in the bathtub. I call animal abuse on that, lol!
At And To Be Loved, we've entered into a week of popular webcomic parodies. They start here: http://www.andtobeloved.com/archive/chapter-eight-page-154/

@ Genejoke: Intersting comic. I think you need to work on your words balloons some, especially the tails. They don't always point in quite the proper direction and the bevel (or emboss?)effect is kind of distracting.

The last parody went up on ATBL yesterday: http://www.andtobeloved.com/archive/chapter-eight-page-156/

Quirky humor! While I had a little bit of a hiccup with some of the grammar (that may be on my own end, though), I thought that the humor of the strips really stood out- and while it may not have been my cup of tea, I'm sure that there are those who would crack up at it. Good luck with it!

So, I forgot to do a bit of posting here the last two weeks- we actually have a double header- both page 1 AND Page 35 are up! If you're new to DH, now's a great time to check it out!

@ Dueling Heroes- Interesting concept for a comic, kind of reminds me a bit of Tiger and Bunny (which I need to watch more of) my one suggestion would be to vary your camera angles in the comic a bit the camera often feels a bit static. I also have issues with doing this, my internal camera is pretty much broken XD.
Also the lack of gutters and borders is a bit jarring at times perhaps you could find a different way of seperating the paels for each frame than what you currently use, but something that fits your style more. As they are now they each look a bit like single sperate images smooshed together.

Eternity Dreams- updated, the gang's Faerie Mein, (what makes them fae) has been destroyed by Holly's “Breath of Autumn”, as the club itself begins to loose it's own fairie makeover our heroes are faced with the challenge of fighting a very rea,l and very powerful, werewolf as mere humans.

@ Eternity Dreams - Looks like it's about to get real in here! The pigeon I mean, they can be pretty vicious little scum when they want to be. I like the coloring, btw.
One side note, the link in your sig/post is broken. It's doing that dots-in-place-of-drunkduck thing that makes no sense.

In Turner and Hercules, we see the man behind the cameras, and the Legionnaire's escape meets with 12 inches of reinforced steel in the continued attempt to bring him down.

Doodstormer , your comic Turner and Hercules http://www.drunkduck.com/Turner_and_Hercules/is really good! The storytelling is great and the art is very impressive! Can't wait to see whathappens next!
In my comic http://www.drunkduck.com/Roll_4_Damage/, we see that confidence can go a long way whan you think you're better than you really are.

Absolutely great page for setting, Tantz! I definitely got an almost cinematic feel from it- and that speaks well of it! I hope that BR gets high marks in the DD Awards!

…but it was WM that updated. :P
Still, since I'm posting here's my thoughts on Dueling Heroes: Pretty nice action scene and I'm happy to see you branching out in your art! I'd try keeping the lineart a little cleaner, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised by the result :)

ACK! ._. sorry, I clicked the bigger banner and spaced. SOOOO sorry!
Without Moonlight shows once again, one of my favorite parts of Tantz's writing- the villains. Even though they're enemies, they are, in fact, humans, rather that caricatures. The transition from there into a more tense moment really flows well. Best of luck to it!
(Also, no new pages here, so no need to review my page, I don't mind a skip!)

I really like the back and forth of dialouge in “Dueling Heroes”. I like banter like that, keeps the mood light.

As for my comic http://www.drunkduck.com/SHROUDED/it has been updated. If you've read it from the beggining start on page 16 and go to 18. Those are the newest pages.

Hope you enjoy it!

I thought the metajokes were pretty funny- XD I almost expected a parody of your own comic in the examples, if nothing else, to see more hipster humor about…hipsters! That said, I hope the best for the both of them. XD

@Without Moonlight It's good to see young people and grownups who are willing to survive in a war against the Nazis; they're like superheroes. Really good and compelling story!

Speaking of superheroes, I've updated my Freedom Fighters comic. The story is about a group of young heroes whose job is to “free” the world from evil. The current arc is about the Fighters being falsely arrested by the Washington D.C. Police Force and their friends try to rescue them. I've released the first chapter and half of the second chapter as of today.

D-Comix- I think you've got something really interesting there. I love your use of expression- absolutely fantastic. Telegraphs everything VERY well. The actual media is…admittedly, a bit hard for me to get into, but once you look past it, the comic really is interesting, and does draw the reader.
The characters are interesting, and I think that you have some fun potential with this! I hope you have a lot of fun with it- and good luck!

Okay. This time I think I have the right comic. XD Great work, as usual- I love the use of expression here- the silent first three panels spoke volumes. The female character definitely is a nice upbeat swing in an environment that certainly needs it. In a way, I feel like it helps Brave Resistance to contrast with Without Moonlight. Whilst in WM, I feel as though it's overwhelming and that I have to, as someone immersed in story, fight to have hope, BR has this bold nature to it that really encourages defiance against the oppressors- rather than solely paranoid, these heroes are much more bold and rebellious- at least, to my eyes. Great work!

This week in Dueling Heroes, it's a real brawl- and our heroes aren't getting the best end of things. Desperate times may call for desperate measures- can our heroes handle it?

@Escutcheon
Wow, that seems like some painful teleporting at the end. It's useful that you color each dialog balloon different based on the person. You could also consider using different fonts too, or at least different fonts for different kinds of people, or if dialog vs. thought/monologue/narration, etc.

(I can't remember if a link to my comic is in my signature, so) In this week's Pulse:
(It needs a little explaination) It's the start of a new chapter. Early in the comic, the lead here (brunette) changed physically after an experiment to improve her superpowers. I thought I needed to clear the air about certain issues related to that before the main part of the chapter moves ahead (her partner is sent to check up on someone and ends up in a fight). This sort of a daily checkup from her doctor. She's a little childish here, but about something that probably doesn't matter much.
