Hey everybody!

It's snowing outside! It's not cold enough for it to accumulate on the ground, but it's snowing!

This may seem trivial to the rest of you guys, but this is only the second time I've seen snow in Texas! The first time was in 2004 when we had a bunch of flurries in the Gulf of Mexico. I wasn't there when it snowed, but I got to play in the 6 inches that had fallen! I never realized snow angels could be so much fun!
Even if the majority agrees on a stupid idea, it is still a stupid idea!

GASP! Stop the presses!

Meh. I understand that it's big news for you. I just happen to be one of those a-holes who get this stuff all the time.

Don't you guys get those giant hailstorms though when it's tornado season or something? If memory served me right, the biggest hail that ever landed (that someone saw at least) landed in Texas, was considerably larger then a bowling ball and was several pounds or something.

If you don't know what hail is then it's similar to snow. Except God apparently got pissed of and decided to hurl several million frozen snowballs at you instead.

Like what happened to these guys.

Edit: Hey! Guess what? That did happen in Texas. Someplace called Woodson.
Those were my two cents.

Suprisingly, Product Placement, I haven't seen hail that much either. And thankfully, I've never seen a tornado in person. But we recently had to get through hurricane Ike. That was major suckage.

I would be shocked if it ever snowed where I live.
I think it sometimes snows in the higher areas of the state, but even that is extremely rare and cause for news.
Whew, I just found a site about all the snow events here… They are rare o_O Snow history
Compared to here, Florida seems a winter wonderland… wiki List of snow events in Florida

It rarely snows here either, all we get is rain, hail, and sleet.
Hey buddy, you should be a Russian Cosmonaut, and here's why.

I don't get when Texas gets more snow than places like where I live.

I've lived in TN over half my life and I don't think we ever had anything like 6 inches… though we had one epic snowstorm once. Ice for daaays.

Well, oddly enough, it was warm enough last night that we actually truned on fans at my house!

What they say is true! If you don't like the weather in Texas, wait ten minutes!
