The Adventures of Homeless Man (in need of an artist)

I came up with this idea of a super hero named Homeless Man about a week ago and have been mulling over the idea since then. At first I was just going to draw it, but then I decided it deserved a real artist, so here I am begging any artist reading this to help me out.
The basic concpet is that a hobo named Eugene (If you have a beeter idea for a name I'd be willing to change that) comes across an odd device, when he picks it up he gains the ability to create objects with strange powers out of thin air. However, due to his having spent so much time as a homeless person everything he creates is related to that ie. an indestructable cardboard box. Eugene decides to use his powers to fight crime, becoming: Homeless Man!
Obviously this is meant to be more of a comedy than anything.
Any one interested should let me know and draw a sketch of Homeless Man for me.

Interested. I'll whip something up later on tomorrow, tell me what you think then.
Been years since I was here. I've been at rehab since. So uh. Yknow, things got interesting.

Did you perhaps come up with that idea… while playing the mafia games?

You're basically describing the alter ego that Waff had created, as he played that game.
Those were my two cents.

I still have no clue who this Waff person is, are they still on this forum? I've heard him mentioned in mafia twice now but that's all I know about them.
Mafia did play a role in my creation of the character, though. It was right after the game before last (my first game) and the writing prompt in my creative writing class was basicly to create a superhero. The first thing that came to my mind was “brick flail” so I basicly turned my mafia character (who is also a hobo) into a superhero. Thus giving birth to Homeless Man.

Gonna take a while before I can post or log in once more, but I can still be able to read as a guest. Hoping to be able to log in sometime, but not likely. So please put a description here of what you want hobo man to look like, I thought a paper bag with holes in it for a mask…just put the description! Should he have a beer belly, be scrawny, stubble or shaggy beard, alcoholic or just plain bonkers?

A tall lanky man with brown hair and blue eyes, he has a long shaggy beard and is missing several teeth. He wears a dirty brown jacket and tattered jeans, he usually has a bottle of liquor with him. His image is based on this album cover honestly:

So pretty much a less sinister version of that.

As far as his costume I was going to leave that up to the artist, for now just draw him out of costume or you can go with your paper bag idea, it's up to you.

Damn… You guys are describing Waff in full detail here. He was the Townston homeless man who fought crime. He lived in an indestructible box that also happened to be the depository of all things you could possibly think off and he flung bricks at people.

His avatar was also a guy with a paper bag on his head.

Where did that guy go anyways? I kinda miss him.
Those were my two cents.

I don't know where Waff (nickname Waff-Man) went. He just kinda disappeared. Maybe he will show up in the summertime? Here is Waff-Man from The Mafia Comic. Click me!

:0 that is too weird…the only logical explanation is that Waff is me from the future traveling into the past to play mafia.

Well his profile is pretty old so chances are that he's 18 as well…

Well that settles it. We just found Waff's long lost twin brother.

Stephen Lynch came up with the superhero called homeless man.

I'm also willing to add to the art, maybe do all the covers or just do chapter titles and stuff? I'll not be able to do it digitally for a while so it'll be just scanned pencil drawings I clean up a bit.

PQ me if you're interested…

And a better name for the homeless man would be Adam. I know a hobo named Adam in real life. charming fellow, tried to steal my watch once.

Hmmm Adam is a pretty good homeless name. Think I'll use that instead of Eugene.

Let me tell you a bit about the real Adam:
- Adam is a homeless man of about twenty years old.
- Adam is addicted to Coca Cola and cheap potato crisps.
- Adam lives in an unnocupied building in the centre of a city called Arnhem, together with some students. He has running water and power yet he chooses not to wash himself on a regular basis.
- Adam always warns people before he tries to rob them, this usually resulting in people laughing and giving him some money because he's funny.
- Adam has a girlfriend that's about 4 years too young.

Adam's a cool guy!

???

But if he lives there… how is he homeless?

…and how is the building unoccupied?

He sounds like an interesting guy. But PP raises some good questions.
Also I would just like to say: stranger danger!@ the 4 years too young girlfriend thing.

The building is scheduled for demolition, he doesn't so much as live there as just putting down his stuff there. Because he doesn't have a place that he rents or bought he is a homeless man. The students (I think they've moved out by now) were staying there because they got kicked out of their previous place.
I didn't really know how to describe the situation in english, so here's some Dutch for ya:
Adam woont in een kraakpand, hij mag er niet wonen en is er al enkele keren uit geschopt. Zijn vriendin is 16 jaar, hoewel het niet verschrikkelijk jong is is het niet legaal aangezien hij zelf tweeëntwintig is. Toch is hij nog steeds een coole gast!

It's the best I could make on short notice, right now typing like hell, hoping I have time. IF you need something better, I can try again. So, tell me what you think! Before the incident, he hears the device crash near-by or something.

Nice Mett. Much better than I could do ><.
A few questions though.
1. Do you have acess to a scanner?
2. You have an actual sketch pad right?
And sorry it took me so long to reply.

It's alright, and this is crap compared to what I can do really concentrating. Also, answering your questions:
1.)No scanner, at least not yet. Unless one magically flies onto my front porch, no luck. Also, I dunno how'd I be able to fit it in through the door…
2.) Yes I have a actual sketch pad! What you think I is, doodler? Ha, kidding man, but I kinda lost my sketch pad, the principal herself took it away. Call it a “book-bag intervention”, they took out all the things unessecary for me to be carrying around, since my spine was being condensed by the weight of my enormous book-bag….and I happened to be carrying around my sketch-book with me, so for about 10 weeks until skool ends, no sketchy book!

OK. Well try to crop everything but the drawing out then.
I'll try to get the first script written and sent to you tonight.
And 10 weeks? Holy crap. I only have five more school days left.
