Man, I remember this guy, but I didn't remember how crazy he was…

Still, he looked cool.

The guy was the embodiment of why Pro-Wrestling is so awesome!!!

He had almost 0 ring ability, but his larger than life character was so over the top and full of madness that it gave him some sort of mythical aura that matched with his looks… MAN, I wish I could make a character THAT cool for my comic!

I still remember the match with Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania VI.

It sucked from a pure wrestling point of view, but it was THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR VS. HULK HOGAN!!! Any argument is invalid!!!

He was fun. I got to see a match of him taking down Hogan at the Meadowlands in my tweens. Amusingly, it wasn't considered a ‘canon’ match apparently.

“You tell yourself to just
enjoy the process,” he added. “That whether you succeed or fail, win or
lose, it will be fine. You pretend to be Zen. You adopt detachment, and
ironic humor, while secretly praying for a miracle.”

Warrior (born James Hellwig but changed his name to “Warrior” while battling the WWF/WWE for rights to the character and yes, his kids use “Warrior” as their surname) is really far out there. I actually remember the comic he put out for a few issues. The issue where he fights Santa Claus is definitely one for the books (in a bad way).

His political stint was also brief and hilarious.
The interesting thing about a signature is that you can put anything on it. No matter how pointless.
