Agreed. Congrats to everyone. It was an honor to get nominated and what better person to lose to, than the one who inspired me to do the whole webcomic thing…Congrats D.J.

Wow, I actually got nominated for something AND won. Thanks to those who voted and the organizers and award ceremony artists!

BTW, shouldn't the awards be announced on the front page of the site?

I already posted in the main thread, but I'll cross post in case people didn't see it:

I feel bad that I didn't win, but I'm so happy that I've been nominated. Just being up for Best Writing and Best Humor makes me feel all tingly inside. Plus I did the AWESOME horror comic presentation, that everybody has to see.

Congrats to everybody who won, and if subculture needs help next year let me be the first to volunteer to help out!

Congrats! I agree this should get better publicity and should be on the frontpage. Everyone of the winners should get somekind of big feature for this.

i prolly won't be running it next year, i'll prolly be too busy with work. i only did it this year so i could show people that it could be done…
seems like the DD awards had been talked about forever and it never got off the ground, until this year.

i wish it was advertised better also. i had talked to volte, but it seems he was busy with other things on the site…so i understand why it wasn't coded everywhere

I know this is necroing, but I was a close second for that “Real Life”!

If only “Tera” was a real girl I don't think I'd have cared as much if “she'd” won. Grats to everyone else, though!

Hmm. Ditto on necroing.
