I still haven't thought of any great theme for Vampire Phantasm….though the best I've heard is “2+2=5” by Radiohead….though more for the sound than the lyrics.^^;
“Stupid Girl” by Garbage works ridicuously well as a theme for Jill…and not in an insulting way. =P
As for other comic theme songs…..well, I'll wait until it's NOT 3am to think about that. :-D

I'd have to say …
for Soda Slam,
smokestack dreams by swngin' utters, kind of reminds me of what soda slam was supposed to be about…(or maybe it's just because that's a sweet band)
for jazzage, definatly
rock in roll - ghost machine (listen to it on soda slam, it's sweet)
as for avalice, well…eh…no clue.
Meh, for the most part my comics aren't worthy of music, and if they were it would probally just be bands I like XD

Can't say much for other people's comics but for Combinatorial Explosion I would have to say Little Busters by The Pillows would fit pretty well.
