what's the coolest/weirdest thing that shows up when you google your name?

here's me:

weirdest: this drawing of a dragon I did in seventh grade

coolest: this art sort of critical essay that mentions me! Actually I just discovered that it was online. Who knew I engaged in the reversal of Lacanian theory? What does that even mean? Who's Lacan again?

anyway, this might not work for those of you with names like bob jones… but I'm interested anyway!

This article about two murderers. One of them also has my brothers name, which is kind of spooky.

There was also an incredibly racist short story I wrote when I was sixteen. I deleted that a while ago, though.
Hey buddy, you should be a Russian Cosmonaut, and here's why.

Awww…such a cute dragon!

And my name is sooo common that there are tens of thousands of hits including a famous writer (I have some published stuff too but this guy is all over the place), teachers, janitors, you name it. The cool thing is that I can pretend to be any of them if I want… of course for the most part they are a pretty boring lot :)

Werid:

slightly unrelated to the Google search… but once a upon a time this guy kept on calling my phone, asking for me with my full name. he would claim to have met me at an bar or have done things with me that I didn't recall ever doing AT ALL. not to mention I had never seen this guy before…

so I thought he was just some creepy, insane weirdo or something. He even got super pissed off when my father answered the phone while he was over here one time, thinking it was some guy I was apparently “cheating” on him with. now on to the weird Google story part…

Anyway, I then heard that you could Google somebody's full name and the state to get their phone number or something online, so I tried that. guess what? to my surprise, both MY phone number and this other woman's phone number appeared. apparently, there was another woman who had the EXACT FULL NAME as I did living in the same EXACT state as I were. what was the odds? not to mention our phone numbers were pretty close together… so it seemed that the guy who kept on calling me weren't insane… he just kept on botching up our phone numbers together.

Anyway, I didn't like the fact that anybody who could Google my full name and state could get my phone number so easily, but lucky there was a way to remove the phone number off Google so I did it.

And then I goggled my full name and my state some more, and apparently the other woman who had my name and lived in the same state I did, was some sort of sports director who organized sporting events… mainly hockey and things like that.

And you know something? ever since I removed my phone number from Google, I haven't had any problems with HER boyfriend calling me. :p talk about weird!

Coolest:
well, I did manage to discover that my old geocities website was still up even long after I abandoned it… so I was able to reread some of my old stuff, since it was an fan fiction site. :p it brought back some old memories, that was for sure.
I'm on hitatus while I redo one of my webcomics. Be sure to check it out when I'n done! :)

Various rather unattractive looking middle-aged men who I hope to high hell I don't wind up looking like, some college football player from California, a couple people lookup accounts with my info plastered all over them. Other than that there's a couple pages that linked my comic at some point including a gothic e-zine, which is kind of odd considering I didn't really think of my comic as incredibly dark or anything.

Not much weird there really.

That's really funny, Ochitsukanai! I wonder why that's the one that would show up?

The only things that come up for me are annoying…without giving away my name to all of you, someone who's got a tv show always pops up because my last name is a word and that's what they are.
Then there's a really bad Christian rock musician. And I think a baseball player.
An article about me actually used to come up because when I was like six I won the local newspaper's Christmas art contest(they put me on the front page, lol). But for some reason that doesn't seem to be anywhere on the internet anymore.
Oh, what's kind of funny is that all the people that come up are male. Durned unisex(kinda) name.

I have no idea! Out of everything, it's gotta choose that.

People usually abbreviate it to “Ochi,” and Googling THAT results in “OCHI: The Lesbian Cyberclub,” the page of an African-American lesbian rapper! She's probably having a way more interesting life than I am - my actual name doesn't even provoke interesting results. XD

By googling my full name I get information on a run I participated in as a kid. Don't know why? It's not like I won.

I'm not gonna bother checking out my username. I'm pretty sure what kind of stuff I'll find.
Those were my two cents.

The other day I found out the true meaning of “Jonko” via urban dictionary in a google search:

—————————-
1. Jonko

A big fat joint stuffed with weed from beginning to the end.

Also known as; The fatty bomba joint.
A : yo zwa pass that jonko
B : is cool zwa
—————————–

Yeah… I was pretty surprised. All this time I was just a big fat joint.

Some people might take that as a compliment, Jonko. I mean, I personally wouldn't call someone a Jonko, but hey… Also, I had no idea that's what it was, either…huh, learned something new.

It's endearing! :)

Various things show up, but I'm the top, both for my actual name and my nick.
Originally nothing except me showed up for Ozoneocean, but it's been there a while now and other's have started to try and use it for their searches.- Spammers including it as a keyword on their junk sites is pretty silly, especially when it gets included in porn sites.

I haven't done a vanity search in a while but I use a Google keyword feature so I see some of the search results e-mailed to me. one of the latest was for Ozone Ocean body wash. lol!
For my own name there used to be some American marine captain who died in Vietnam… Recently there have been more people with my name… some are professional people doing various things and I think one is some bastard banker or fund-manager who defrauded some people out of their money. :gem:

My name is Matt Summers, and one day I idly typed it into Google just to see.

If you do this, be wary before you hit the “image” search, since apparently there's a gay porn star with the EXACT same name as me.

Imagine my family's mirth when I told them. Sheesh. :p

Yeah, I was pretty rambunctious. And most of my thoughts seemed to be punctuated by Queen lyrics.
About Me
Who is Kristen? That is a question that many people ask, yet none ever find out.
I didn't realize it then, but I may have stumbled upon one of the greatest tragedies of life. ; o

The irony is that a lot of comics go by the mantra “sex sells”… apparently it's the other way around.

For my name there's this mathematician who's written a pile of textbooks, has his own scholarship, did a documentary on teaching math etc, etc. The guy's awesome. I don't even show up on facebook.
Then there's a Nigerian ambassador and St. Stephen's Church in Willoughby, Sydney, NSW.

I used to show up with some pictures of my model work I posted, but no more. Edit: Oh wait I show up on page 11 with those models!

But don't Google my sister Melanie; she's everywhere.

ce scientists revealed today that they have found the biggest known diamond in the universe - a 10-billion-trillion-trillion-carat gem.

US astrophysicists said they found the massive rock on Valentine's Day, positioned 50 light years away in the constellation Centaurus.

“You would need a jeweller's loupe the size of the Sun to grade this diamond,” said Travis Metcalfe who led the researchers at the Harvard-Smithsonian Centre for Astrophysics.

The cosmic diamond is a chunk of crystallised carbon in the core of a white dwarf star.

It is 4,000 km across and weighs 2.27 million trillion trillion kg, which translates to about 10 billion trillion trillion carats, or a one followed by 34 zeros.

“It's the mother of all diamonds,” said Dr Metcalfe.

“Some people refer to it as Lucy in a tribute to the Beatles song, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.”

The biggest diamond on earth is the 530-carat Star of Africa, which is located the British crown jewels.

Dr Metcalfe said our sun would become a white dwarf when it dies in 5 billion years.

Two billion years after that, the Sun's ember core will crystallise as well, leaving a giant diamond in the centre of our solar system.

“Our sun will become a diamond that truly is forever,” said Dr Metcalfe.

Researchers at the institution made a second Valentine's Day discovery.

The Spitzer Space Telescope spied a cluster of red newborn stars, positioned in a rosebud-shape.

The star cluster is 3,300 light years away in the constellation Cepheus.

The stars formed from a massive cloud of gas and dust that contains enough raw material to create a thousand sun-like stars.

Fragments of the cloud became so cold and dense that they collapsed into stars.

Most stars in our Milky Way galaxy are thought to form in such clusters.

The only things I get when Googling my name are a signature on an old (2002) internet petition to stop Nickelodeon from taking Spongebob off the air, two old posts on The Rockstar Game forum (I'm one of the members of my fictional band) and some stupid Star Wars name generator thing.

This is a good thing because nobody knows who I really am and I have nothing incriminating against me for when I get a job.
This Webcomic Is DEAD, so don't read it.

Evidently there is a woman with my name who is a genealogist in Pittsburgh. If I try searching my full name, nothing comes up. Except for Google trying to correct my spelling in my last name. You have to type in the name of my city to even get something about me. And it is a list of alumni from a high school I never went to (it is the high school I was supposed to go to.) And the list of winners for a triathlon that was held in my hometown.

If you search my user name, you get the North Ireland Council for Curriculum, Education, and Assessment.

Google “Niccea Majeare” and you get every account I have ever made on any other site.

Most stuff that comes up on Google is my sites or related to me (that and some genealogy stuff). I have no internet anonymity… -_-

I did discover a couple interesting things. Though. One is someone actually recommending a book I wrote and published on CafePress several years ago.

I also found a photo of my cat that I forgot I submitted to a site. She was only a few years old in the picture. She's 15 now.
