I'm amazed at my success, frankly. I DO update four times a week, so I think that might have something to do with it.

That looks very good for a 3-months-old comic. What else do you do?

FIGHT_2 current chapter: Light Years of Gold

That was to me, right?

Well, I do some paper advertising and attend a lot of conventions to promote my work.

I also post on the forums a lot (As I can see you do as well) as well as do fanart for comics that are considerably more popular than mine. That's where my high-day came from when I did some art for “Our Home Planet”. They usually link to your site and you can get a ton of hits.

I can't really explain my recent success, however. Maybe someone's put me in a blog somewhere. But when your comic's name is the same as the name of a James Bond movie, it gets a little hard to tell…

…wow… I don't think I ever hit over 10 per day >.>
(Note to self: Organize! Organize! Organize!)
Haha, I've had a couple spikes at 100, but mostly my hits stay at 10 or 20. I jump up and down with excitement when I get any more than that. Low expectations, that's what it is. XD
I need to draw myself a banner. One that I don't finish and then go ‘ugly’ and click delete. XP
Maybe I should start posting more too. But lurking feels so nice and cosy and safe… T_T
Currently rewriting Pictures from the start - and it is now called In Carnate.

On the first day of my comic.. I had over 300 views… since then…. it's been 10-15 or so.

well, here are my stats. my first day I got 200 pageviews, and then day 2 I mysteriously got 20. then 160, then 490… and since then I've gotten more pvs… I advertise sometimes, and I'm on buzzcomix and twc (but I'm like #100000 on twc) anyway, here are my pageviews from last week. I'm always really psyched by my pageviews (it makes me feel like a celebrity!!!) and I can't wait until the day (someday in the very distant future) when I reach 1 million pageviews!!! ^_^! *dreams*

I just went over 1000 pageviews for the first time today. Two days after the last update, which is the weird part - obviously the PVs always go up when there's a new page. I do know my listing on OnlineComics was just approved yesterday or this morning, though, maybe that led to a bunch of people dropping by and reading everything. Hafta see how things develop from here on, I guess.

I think another factor really helps to increase your hits is how long your comic is on DrunkDuck. My comic has been on DD more than 3 years ago.

I was the 32nd guy to join up on here way waaaaay back in the day. I'm not exactly Mr. Popularity, but I'm not exactly in obscurity. I'm the most known unknown at this point.

I find a direct link between my updates and an uptick in my pageviews. So until I figure out a way to produce the quality I want at about 1/3 of the time, I'll have to be content to be between 10-150 hits a day.

I found recently I've been getting anything between 50 and 400 pageviews a day. Of course, before school season started again I used to get 700ish a day…
The most I ever got was 7090 because I was featured :P
