This guy's outlasted a lot of the bands he's parodied. On top of that his songs are funny. My favorite song is still…

“Living With A Hernia”.

I think of the video and song as a near perfect parody of the original song “Living In America”. :)

Weird Al wow, I don't think I have even heard his new stuff since running with scissors… but I have to say my most favorite was probably almost all of his Polka Songs.

Picking just ONE Weird Al song? How unfair.

I suppose I'll go with ‘Rye or the Kaiser’. I had the original Weird Al in 3D on cassette. Man, did that thing get used. I didn't have any interest in music until that tape came out.

“You tell yourself to just
enjoy the process,” he added. “That whether you succeed or fail, win or
lose, it will be fine. You pretend to be Zen. You adopt detachment, and
ironic humor, while secretly praying for a miracle.”

It's practically impossible to pick just one! I mean, we got gold like The night Santa when crazy!(festive for the season) Rye or the Kaiser!(Always liked old Rocky) and of course The saga begins (I know that one by heart btw (I know it's very sad))!

However I do remember one that sticks to my mind allot but that's because there's a very funny story behind how I first heard it. There's this radio channel that was very popular among the younger audience that's unfortunately no longer up. It was an awesome channel where the DJ's were doing crap like answering Nigerian scam letters (oh that's actually an awesome story. I'm gonna post that somewhere.) Anyways moving on. One day the DJ who does dedications announces that someone calls him up and asks if he has a particular Weird Al song. The DJ didn't and this wouldn't have been much of a story if the person who called hadn't actually driven over to the studio and personally delivered a copy of the song to the DJ. So he tells us this interesting story and announces that this dedication is to this girl that the guy is breaking up with and frankly he thought it was the best breakup song he's ever heard.

I'm inclined to agree.
Those were my two cents.

Albuquerque.

I have it memorized and use its lyrics as greeking text for some of my designs. %D

Don't really listen to him all that much, though. Would have eaten him up in grade school.

Wierd Al Yankovic? No thank you. He stopped being funny a long, long time ago.
I am so happy to finally be back home

Seconding “Albuquerque”. He sang the entire thing at the concert I went to early last year and the crowd went nuts! Also a big fan of “The Hardware Store”.

Never miss a show when he comes through the area. A little goofy fun every now and then is a great way to unwind. :3
