I was from St. Bernard parish around the Chalmette/Violet area, its a little south east of new orleans…about 15 to 25 mins…but it aint really there anymore, so to speak. My house structure still stand but it was under 22 feet of water…and the area arounds aint near the same although peepes are trying to come back. its alot harder than some might think and crime is rampant, when i co back i carry 2 12 gauge shot guns and 2 9mm pistols. anywho, now i live in north louisiana…if you can call louisiana living, i love it dearly though…
