Hi, I'm Alan. I'm 32 years old, and kinda new to doing webcomics, but I've taken it up as a hobby to work as a sort of creative outlet. Let's see… I've written and directed 3 stageplays for college, do a lot of sketching, have some background in animation and storyboarding, and so, putting those together, working on a webcomic seemed like a good idea (when I'm not playing guitar).

Heard good things about DD from another webcomic artist on an anime-based website so I thought I'd join and share my work here (though it just started, released pages-wise).

I also like to play guitar (as mentioned), basketball, singing (I used to do gigs on weekends), some anime and cartoons, ice cream, and cheesecake. Maybe this last line wasn't necessary… It makes my post sound like a singles ad.

All this talk about cheesecake actually persuaded me to go to Cheesecake Factory over the weekend to get a few different “flavor” slices:

White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia, Banana Cream, Brownie Sundae, and Godiva Chocolate.


On a totally irrelevant note, wow, my comic's gaining rank! I'm not sure how since it only has 8 released pages (and 2 more in the vault for Friday release), but neat! It's really fueling my will to continue! Yay!
