So… a guy got a creepy haunted copy of Majora's Mask from some random old guy… and has been posting about it for the past week or so, including videos.

Fake as hell, but it's still interesting to look at. And the guy does a decent job of making it creepy. Including the recent text file that disappears after you read it.

Gotta love the haunted video game ghost stories (Pokemon Creepy Black is the scariest one that I know out of all I've seen/read). Personally, I didn't think it was all that creepy, but rather humorous how link just randomly burst into flames and electricity. Heck, Link even get's his own personal stalker.

I should start saving these stories somewhere. They are fun to read.

Here you go guys. The guy just posted a huge text update in http://www.youshouldnthavedonethat.net/, where he's admitting that the whole thing was just a story that he made up.
Those were my two cents.

Oh, you mean my avatar? Don't worry, it's just a temp picture I briefly use whenever I feel killed way too early/often in mafia.

Proof that he made it up lol!
Seems a bit redundant…? ;)

Anyway, the original story was really good! The videos sucked a bit, but what can you do with a crappy N64 game? That was an entertaining work!

It was obviously fake… I think it would had been clear to any idiot. :)

but the story was still entertaining, and the videos were hilarious.

I almost felt so bad for poor link… not being able to do ANYTHING at all without dying.
I'm on hitatus while I redo one of my webcomics. Be sure to check it out when I'n done! :)

Well, like it or not, this thing was on the verge of creating a massive shitstorm of “This is real!” vs “This isn't real!” debaters. Various sites promoting the videos and trying to explain/debunk them were popping up more frequently then Viagra ad sites and in order to prevent this from going out of hand, the author decided to explain himself.

As obviously fake as this may have been, it's nice to be able to shut up the “Hurf, durf. It's a true story!” naggers with a positive proof.
Those were my two cents.
