Checking out the new features on the Edit Comic section, I notice a few new tabs added to the mix. I would like to ask what does the Subpage do as opposed to regular pages, as I'm curious to know.

Subpages are like side pages, for example if you want to make a Characters page or an About page.

Can individual pages have subpages, or is there only one, predetermined location for a subpage? It would be really cool if you could do subpages for individual pages to help explore certain aspects of specific pages.

They're just attached to the entire comic account. So far, you can't have subpages of subpages, and you can't attach a subpage to a particular comic update, if that's what you were asking.
It is kind of a shame that supbages automatically add a link to themselves on the main page, since you might want to make a more complex system and just use links to navigate…
