So, I sent Mecha a PQ asking about her page and…. this was the reply:
“I'm done with my page but no one really wants me in this thing anyway so it doesn't matter.”
…now, can anyone please shed some light on this matter? I am at a complete loss.

I have a few ideas to improve morale:
1>>>Allow us to submit pages anytime via the forum. Sometimes we just get hit with inspiration, and being able to submit the page immediately feels really good. Also, it makes it so we aren't completely restricted to turn order.
All we need to do is create a new forum category called ‘Page Submissions’.
Possible forum description.
"If you want to submit something right away, and it isn't your turn yet, stick it here. The page can then be judged to see if it is: 1) Worth being put immediately as a storyline strip strip 2)Worth being put up as a Out of Canon strip (and labeled as such) 3) Not worth being put up. …etc
If you want to attempt a strip for the storyline and you are not part of the regular line up. Feel free to submit it here (it may make things interesting). *Rules for Story Attempts by outsiders* Don't add new main characters, don't kill off main characters, try to keep to character personalities.
If you want to submit a Out of Canon Strip, guest strip, or fan art; Feel free to submit it here.
Overall, be sure to include a title for the strip and a description."
2>>>Remove the rule about getting kicked out for not meeting comic deadlines. This stresses people who think they may not meet deadlines (and therefore causes people to chicken out). Just make it so people lose their turn (and their chance at a guaranteed story strip for that round). After 3 misses they are removed from the line up
3>>> Make it so there is no limit to the amount of people who can join. With idea 1, it wouldn't be as chaotic as you may think.
4>>> Make it so people can put a skip on their place in the line up. This way when RL gets in the way, they can be sure they aren't a burden.
5>>> Make a Rules and Regulations forum. This is so people don't have to search through the main forum for such things. (I put up a placeholder)

I did make a list of participants in RPGination. It can be viewed on all comic pages.
It lists:
The people currently in the line up and their characters.
The people who have participated in the comic but are no longer in the line up; and their characters.
I sent a PQ to TMO asking who were two of his unknown characters.
