You've been doing lips much better in these B&W pages. They were a major issue in your earlier ones.
The lips are one of the things where I'm forced to try harder because I don't color anymore. On the colored pages I just kinda drew an outline to leave space for the colors, but it turned out that didn't really work, so… yeah. Glad to hear it looks better now.
I think a problem right now which is typical about a lot of heroes is to much emotion in the page without enough investment.
Hrm. Well, I tried to make Megan as likeable as possible, but I guess she just hasn't been around long enough. I could bore you endlessly with explanations about how that plot came together and why I didn't spend more time on her, but the important thing is that I know now that what I did in the end didn't really work, I guess.

Man, if that's what Vector seems like here, I really did it wrong, hahaha. He'll be back in issue 3, I'll keep this in mind and try to flesh him out more… hopefully I'll be able to get the point across that the red cape is really the only thing he has in common with Superman.
I didn't feel that bad guys had alot of cool factor to back him up.
Yeah, Skulhedd's a bit of a throwaway character. I created him specifically for this story because I knew he'd get killed off in the end… looks like you called my bluff. ;-)
I think you need to work on conveying a sense of wonder and power into your action. I know most people would say focus on line art or anatomy or something like that but honestly that didn't bug me. What does bother me is when I see a gazzilion volts of electricity which doesn't make me stop and say “AWSOME!”
Yeah, I totally agree. It needs more Oomph, plain and simple. The thing is, that effect comes from things like extreme camera angles and exaggerated foreshortening, which are difficult to pull off from a technical point of view and I'm really still learning how to do this stuff. I'm really trying to crank up the dynamics on the action scenes I'm drawing now.
