Hello all,

My name is James Roberts and I created The Necropolis Chronicles. I've been doing some form of story telling since my earliest years as a child. I was doing everything from having my Micronauts battle my Star Wars figures to learning Dungeons and Dragons and drawing battle scenes with dying Magic Markers.

I eventually got into comics because of my brother's friend and loved the medium of telling short stories in a visual medium.

I graduated from a local community college in graphic arts but I mainly work in manufacturing.

My taste in music is classic rock guitar with Led Zeppelin being my favorite along with Cream and the Beatles. I'm mostly a Marvel fan but I follow creators to their various books which gives me some other company alternatives. The original Chris Claremont/ John Romita Jr. Uncanny X-Men run is my all-time favorite comics along with Alan Davis during his stretches on the original Marvel Excalibur comic. For more recent stuff I enjoy most thing by Bendis and his run on Ultimate Spider-Man is a lot of fun.

I'm a big fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox since they are my local teams. I also do both sports as fantasy leagues too. I also find martial arts fairly interesting and occassionally watch some WWF, er… WWE.
