And what a month it's been. I'd have put this up a while ago, but I wanted to get chapter 4 completely wrapped before posting. Because then I'd have more pages done. Because I'm vain like that.
Started laying out the panels on chapter 5 the other day. If there's something chapter 4 taught me, it's that knowing where the panels are going to go saves a lot of guesswork.
The last bit of Battlestar Galactica just came out on DVD, so I'll be enjoying that for the next couple of days. Looking forward to Caprica, but keeping my fingers crossed. With the loss of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, I no longer have a reliable source of scary future robots.
And now, statistics!
Time elapsed since comic debut (1/1/2009): 209 days.
Pages posted: 89.
Average days per page: 2.35.
Time elapsed since start of work (10/26/2008): 276 days.
Pages planned: 308 (42.1%) (0.90 days per page)
Pages sketched: 115 (15.7%) (2.40)
Pages drawn: 115 (15.7%) (2.40)
Pages complete: 114 (15.6%) (2.42)
Pages posted: 89 (12.2%)
For those keeping track, that's 40 “units” completed since the last update, roughly half of those being pages completed and the other half being future pages planned out.
Until next time… with emphasis!
