There are at least three porn versions of Star Wars out now. Eventually there will be a porn parody of everything. And I mean EVERYTHING!

Then there's a Kevin Smith movie about making a porn movie of Star Wars called Zack and Miri make a Porno.
Remember Rule 34:  If it exists, there is porn of it.

There are tons of movies I can't watch without thinking of the parodies from old Mad Magazine ones of 1970s movies to Hot Shots, Scary Movie or Epic Movie.  Can't watch Top Gun without thinking of Hot Shots!, can't watch Robin Hood without thinking of Men in Tights and so on.

This is the funniest part of the whole post.  Star Wars isn't ruined for you yet?

Star Wars is a rabbit hole of self destruction, ruining itself the deeper you get.  Did the three prequels not ruin Star Wars for you?  Dig a bit deeper and find the Holiday Special.  Happy Life Day, everybody!

If you're still not finished there are all the peripheral stuff, like the Ewok movies and the Kinect Star Wars game:

Just the bad CGI changes were enough. Porn would probably be a massive improvment.

I just remember the Summer of 1978 in a theater in Menlo Park NJ and seeing something unlike I had ever seen before.  And even the bad CGI in the redux of the original trilogy was cutting edge work when done.

But the Christmas special?  Nah, give me Luke and C3PO on the Muppet Show and Carrie Fisher's turn as Princess Lay-ah on SNL.

AT the time it was done it looked shit.
Either their digi artists were deficient, the tools were not up to the job, they didn't throw enough money at it, or a combination of all three, but the fact is that they could not come close to the expertise of the model-makers, cinematographers, actors, matt painters, puppeteers, SFX artists, and editors who worked on the original. To suggest otherwise  (and I am NOT saying that you are), is an insult to the artwork of those professionals.

Anyway, even years after star Wars there really wasn't any SciFi work produced that was a match for it in terms of spectacle, design, SFX, a story that hung together so well…
Things had come close, really close, like Alien, Blade Runner, 2001, but there was nothing to match the scope. Even those big memorable films are actually very small scale and intimate compared to something huge and Ambitious like the Starwars moves.

Probably the obvious successor was the Star Trek stuff when they made the big movies of it, but that was so hampered by its TV origins, with the films full of character stuff left over from the series so that they could never really stand alone.

Ramble, ramble… Porn is good.

You're right about CGI especially the 1990's stuff.  To a certain extent it still all looks like a cartoon to me as opposed to good model work.  This is really obvious when animating realthings as opposed to fantasy/SF stuff.  Compare Flyboys to The Blue Max.  Realize that Memphis Belle and Battle of Britain were done without CGI.

Honestly comparing the Star Trek universe to Star wars has always struck me as akin to comparing Tolkien to Heinlein.  One is grand vistas of epic adventure, the other is a guy in space suit doing mundane stuff on the surface of the moon.  Epic fantasy as opposed to a work-a-day depiction of future life.

And what's more important to that work-a-day depiction of the future than sex?  You actually have working girls and the day to day business of the upkeep of “pleasure suites” in DS9.  As opposed to the fantasy land that is modern porn going so well with the epic flight of fantasy that is Star Wars.  Bring forth the bare-breasted Jedi's of Jigglia!

I don't know which parody you're talking about, because there are multiples, but I did see one of them which was simply and creatively titled Star Wars XXX: A Porn Parody.  It's hilariousThis is probably the only adult film where I kept my pants on and fast forwarded through all the boning.  Acting and production values blew (heh) the average porno out of the water, but the writing is what really shines through.  The writers obviously knew Star Wars like the palm of their hand, and were great with the jokes.  My favorite line is some Obi-wan, when he says to Luke, “Darth Vader was a pupil of mine before I cut off his arms and legs and kicked him into a river of lava.”
Handshakes and mustaches are the only ways to know how much you can truly trust a man.

There are porn parody films for—
– Halloween
– Beavis and Butt-Head
– Star Trek

and Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
I'm dead serious. The dude on the left on the cover looks like Shane McMahon or Pete Gass from the early-era WWE/WWF programs.
Or one of the Wiggles, at least.

A Star Wars porn doesn't sound that bad, in all fairness. It's to be expected. It kinda sets itself up for it. Now, the Beavis and Butt-Head one, though…

I know you were thinking movies, but I'm going to cast a vote for Babylon 5.  It was cohesive, with some seriously epic space battles (in 3 dimensions no less!) and the design was great, with each race's ships and buildings having their own unique style.  You just have to convince yourself that 80s hair will be making a comeback in the 2260s and it still holds up pretty well today. :)

This is my new goal.  Become popular.  Have a porn parody made of my shit.  Retire.

Ha! I could have done a parody in my comic.

(too late now, though. The comic's pretty much over)
