Will Kaine and Roof Rat be appearing in the next story? Or the one after? They appeared in HA#6 (which was set before HA#3) as rookies and I don't believe they've been seen in HA since. It would be cool to see more of them.

Kaine's going to appear in my Army of JOD story. His status as a rookie helps because now I have a character the other characters can explain stuff to.

Also, I'm friends with Kaine's creator IRL, and I would never hear the end of it if I didn't include him.

Do you think there'd be a spot for Chaos in it? I hope by the time that storyline hits, his comic will be fairly bedded down. I've been working on it, but I'm still very slow at drawing so I'm getting a number in the bank before I start posting them. I have other characters that could be useful too. They might not have debuted in my comic by then, but that's not necessarily a problem.

BTW, Kaine was a rookie during the fall of HU. A lot of time has passed since then, so if you need him to still be a rookie after all that time, you might need to explain why he's been out of action since he was last seen.

Kaine's gunna be in the next issue and will play a pretty big role, too.
As for Roof Rat, I'm not sure on any news on him yet.

Anyway, When I say Kaine is a rookie, I mean he's a rookie when dealing with JOD, because he's not familiar with him.

I wanted to use Ruff Rat for my story but I cannot get a hold of the creator. I don't know how you all do it. I wrote a story to fit him mostly. However, if he is not available, any rookie will do. The only core member that will be perfect would be Vora. The reason for this is to slowly introduce my character to the HA team since they are very busy.

The way I handle it is: If a character has been submitted for inclusion in HA, then I take that as an invitation to do so :) So, for anything that doesn't go beyond the character specs, I don't think additional input is absolutely necessary (although it certainly is nice to have - I just mean, if the creator is impossible to reach). What I wouldn't do is anything controversial, or substantial character development, without the creator's consent.

so if I do use ruff rat, which is not a major roll other than escorting miss Solarcell to HQ, it would be ok? He will talk from time to time. The same would hold true for Vora. I did have plans on using her to explain thinks at HQ like using the personal quarter's for food, water and entertainment. That's all I'm going use any HA member for. More as a guide as to how things are run and who in charge and so forth. Speaking of, I know I got permission to use Bombshell but there is a second part that does involve bombshell and shells attention due to the powers Solarcell has. It is more of how to get Solarcell to control her powers. Shell will explain what is going on with Solarcell to bombshell. Bombshell then starts doing like an Charles Xavier thing like in the first classic x-men movie but only for a short while of self control. Then after that slowly but surely one by one the other members get to meet Solarcell. So basically, bombshell wants to keep an eye one Solarcell until she can get a grip on her powers. So with that being said, bombshell may assign any member to “babysit” and really, to record Solarcell's power fluctuation while they are out in the world. So would it be ok, Abt?
