Can you create groups on skype, like the one we had one Saturday? Keep the members together/chat open and people can join and leave calls as they please? As long as member's are online, you could start a call with them and others can join, I have no idea if this is a thing though. I don't use skype very often.. that might be more of a google hangouts thing (which I also don't use).

I had fun though, next time I'll have some boose handy! (even if it's 11 am my time hah!)

The Skype group thing might work for people who're part of the original call and those that call in during my tenure as host, but I don't think it can help people who come on later after I'm gone…

we COULD just predesignate a host for the second part and get everyone who wants to take part to add them as a contact as well. That would solve all the issues :)

I will still experiment with Hangouts too though.
