Yes Nepath would be great to see another cover for you. As abt said - very fitting to have you as cover artist for the start and end of the season too! To be honest, I'll leave the ideas for cover down to you or whoever else want to suggest. Before you stepped in I was going to go for the “less is more” approach and just have Bombshells arm holding the HA communicator in her hand. But you might want to do something more specific to the story. Totally your call.

Can you give me a small clue what is happening in the second part that I could take from? Or if someone more involved perhaps wants to suggest something interesting from one of their pages?

Do we know what the timeframes are around these pages yet?

Specifically when will pages 13 and 16 be needed by? I'm trying to figure out if my page due dates clashe with NaNoWriMo. xD

(I can work with it if they do, I just need to know so I can plan).

I added the page assignments list to the first post in this thread and added rough publication dates. Keep in mind that I haven't received confirmations from several artists who are on this list that they will even do these pages… many of them never signed up to dropbox, which is an issue that has to be sorted out soon.

There's no script for it yet, as far as I'm aware. Ironhand, since you're the one writing this – do you have any other suggestions?

The thing is, we don't have too many pages yet (only Hero's 7 and 8, plus a b/w cover), even though this chapter should start updating soon. I'm afraid I don't have the time right now to contact all the artists etc…. Help in gathering pages (and more artists for unassigned pages) would be much appreciated!

I'll be doing reworks of my pages much like I did for this issue. I'll have them done by this week.

Awkward question that I need to ask to do my page: What's the timeframe of this issue with respect to Hurricane Harvey?

Are we still seeing flooding? Or flood damage?

I think everyone understood with Harvey and such for the delay :)

No worries, irrevenant - I haven't been waiting for you specifically. Rather, I'm afraid we can expect loooooong delays during this chapter, given how few pages we have and how long ago the others should have been completed. And the longer the delays, the less interested people will be to contribute to HA…

I think we can disregard Harvey; there's no continuity requirement that the events on these pages are happening right now… and who knows what Houston is going to look like when the pages are up?

I'm going to get to work on my pages this week and after them will see if I can cover any more. I'd hate to see another issue plagued with delays. Does anyone have the contact details for some of the artists who aren't frequent users on the duck?

This is just a update on my page 18 and 22 i did a copy and paste over the ship I drew I love the new ship :-) Now back to work on my other two pages ;-)

Sorry I've been off the site for a while. But I will be getting to drawing my part in short order.

Looking over page 12, I do have a couple questions, since I don't like to read the other script pages than what I'm assigned, so I won't be spoiled as much for the reading experience. Is Shell out of his armor for the beginning of the page (which it seems like he might be–hard to say)? Also, what characters would be likely to be there, and what ones wouldn't at all? I know the script says that Bombshell, Relik, Shell, Azumorph, and Comet Kid are definites to be there, but I wonder about others, as well: who else from the team is in the issue, and are there any periphery members I can throw in (ie: if I want to have Sparkle and Astral in there)? Always nice to know what sort of things can be seeded into the background.

Probably not Astral and Sparkle since they'll be showing up elsewhere later. It might be simplest just to stick to Bombshell, Relik, Shell, Azumorph, and Comet Kid. That's plenty of characters to draw anyway. Amalgam could be in the background if you like.

Awesome question about SHELL. It looks like he's been started off in armour on page 8 so everyone should probably stick to that.

Shell is in full armour. The characters mentioned are the only ones who should appear in that scene. As irrevenant said - the other members of HA are spread across the globe and will be shown as the story progresses.

Amalgam is seen with them later so he'd probably be okay, no?

I just stop by to say sorry for the delay on my two pages but I'm back to working on them now. Been working On Bring back my comic :-) but let's me go back to drawing Invasion :-)

I still exist. I've started drafting up my first page and hope to have it done over the next couple of weeks. My second page looks less challenging and I should be able to produce that faster.

I haven't received a reply from Tempest yet… will try to contact her again, otherwise we'll have to reassign her pages.

And I'm afraid I'll have to let go of my pages as well, as I won't be able to do them :/
