what I did on Sunday…. more about the work situation soon I guess…3 people quit over the weekend… but I think my talking to a supervisor about how my hands hurt after working in some situations.. might be what lead to an effort to get me to give up and quit…
1. Big hug! If we weren't hundreds of miles apart I would give you a real hug. The next time you enter the pit of despair remember These words. "We love you anyway."
2. Blueberries are brain food and are proven to fight depression. Try to eat some everyday. Especially on storm days.
3. Here is a link to other foods that help fight depression.

4. If you get a chance to go to the library, then check out this book. "Healing Anxiety and Depression By Daniel G. Amen, Lisa C. Routh"
5. You are not alone. I too fight depression. And so does Howard Taylor author of the popular webcomic http://www.schlockmercenary.com/ Here is a blog post by his wife Sandra Taylor that many people have found helpful. http://www.onecobble.com/2014/03/02/married-to-depression/
She mentioned in previous posts that she would almost certainly be fired for doing that, and would probably be blacklisted from all other jobs in the area that provide factory work.
Sounds like you're probably suffering from depression, mental and physical exhaustion after anxiety attacks is normal for that. You can call me anytime and I should be able to talk. Walks are a great way to unwind from anxiety; they may not always help depression but they don't make it any worse either. Freezing up under extreme anxiety is common, it's happened to me once or twice. Comfort movies are good therapy, I remember watching Fraggle Rock a lot during my angsty teenage years. I like the idea of a public pantry, we have some places nearby that accept food but you have to go when someone's there to accept it, which isn't very often, and they don't accept fresh fruit and vegetables. Handing out food is a way to be kind to others, sometimes when we're starved for kindness ourselves it helps to be kind to others.
Good to see you out and about. Also, if someone is trying to bully you into quitting work after bringing up a legitimate issue (your physical and mental health) then you need to fight back with everything you've got. And three people all quitting at once at that place might be a sign of something systemic there that is contributing to an overall morale issue that upper management seriously needs to address or they won't have anyone but a few diehards still working there. This is where sticking it out might be to your benefit since it may mean serious changes in management.
Management should not have an abusive relationship with their employees. At worst, they should decide that the relationship isn't working and let the worker go. Being actively hostile to employees is bad for the managers, bad for the employees, and bad for the company. This company isn't going to be around for much longer if they keep treating the people who keep the company going like garbage.
