I figured it was a baby dragon soul. And that knight got lucky. If Steve had been the one to punish him he would of gotten worse than a simple "eaten by dragon".

Oh, so that thing in the last comic that looked like the dragon plodding dejectedly in front of its horde was actually the dragon's child laying on it with no soul, okay. Man, the antagonists in this arc really like screwing with souls, don't they? Interested to see where this goes...
