It's been a while since last I updated, eh? Well, I had intended to upload stuff from my extensive mr Sandman sketch vault, but never got around to it. But I dug through it recently, preparing pages for some sort of ultimate print collection. So here is a selection of the bonus pages…

Let's start with this one - Choir scene page 1:

Pen layout. This page would have followed after Kat grows wings (when the comic was still far from complete and I started thinking about which kind of ending would be appropriate). Similar to the choir in greek theater some real and fictitious characters would gather and comment on what transpires in the story. From the first to the last panel, these persons include: Nadia (from the anime TV series The Secret of Blue Water), Edele & Keavy from the Irish pop-group B*witched, Jos���© Chung (from Chris Carter�¢ï¿½ï¿½s Millennium TV series), Batman, late rapper Notorious B.I.G., Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion, Julie Winters & the Maxx, Gendou Ikari from Evangelion, Mr Freeze, UK TV show host Cat Deeley, myself.
